At first glance, it looks like it would be too small to get a good workout on. Couldn't be more wrong. I'm 5'10, 187lbs and I can get full range of motion. Up and down. It's very sturdy as a sit-up bench. It's also super lightweight and easy to move from room to room. I do have to occasionally tighten the screws on it. I may use it more than the average user. So extremely easy to assemble. Wish directions were bigger in print. But received benched opened, started putting together, after putting everything together released digital clock is missing. Saw lots of dents on metal part, handles had scratches. Over all machine works just wish had all the pieces

This is such a wonderful machine. I did lose the instructions on how to install so after watching the video on Amazon I finally figured it out. For the most part it mostly already comes together so you get like 4 screws to put in it. Very comfortable bench and the wheels haven't given me any issues when I roll up and down on it. So I got this just to add to our growing home gym space. The wife and I both hate about exercises so we figured maybe this would help us to do them. It works as described and allows for a different range of exercises which is nice. It's incredibly lightweight and easy to store as well. The reason I dock it a star is because it has instructions for building but they are entirely in another language. I assume korean, Chinese, or japanese, I don't know which because it's all symbols. The install isn't hard per se, as Ira only 4 bolts and 4 washers, but if you're not skilled in looking at pictures with no instructions and figuring it out, it could be pretty frustrating. In addition there are no instructions for how to use it, or the different types of exercises you can do. I had to refer back to the product page to even understand how to use it. Outside of those confusing parts, we do enjoy it so far. ... show more

This is a really cool machine and when folded takes up very little space. It really works your core and is fantastic you can feel it working those muscles. Love this. It really works the abs and even your upper body and arms. It was easy to put together and it folds easy and takes up very little room when folded. It has a weight rating of 330 pounds and it certainly seems sturdy enough for that.
