It was a fairly easy set up, even with the pictures to the instructions being too small to see properly (there’s only 4 screws and a pull pin so really not much to do) I think taking it out of the box took more time than the set up lol. It seems sturdy so far. I’ve only used it once and here I am 2 days later still clutching my stomach when I laugh/cough/sneeze because it really does work ALL your abs. I was a little skeptical admittedly but I’m sore😂

This ab workout machine is exactly what I needed for my home gym! It’s sturdy, easy to assemble, and folds up nicely when I’m done, so it doesn’t take up a lot of space. The LCD monitor is a great bonus, letting me track reps and time so I can stay on top of my progress. The design makes sit-ups and core exercises so much more comfortable and effective compared to doing them on the floor. I’ve noticed a real difference in my ab strength and posture after using it consistently. It’s versatile too—you can target more than just abs with different movements. Received today. Easy to assemble. All parts were in the box. Well packaged. I had this put together and ready to go in five minutes. I jumped on it to try it out. And what a work out. My stomach muscles are tender already. Nice addition to my daily workout.

At first glance, it looks like it would be too small to get a good workout on. Couldn't be more wrong. I'm 5'10, 187lbs and I can get full range of motion. Up and down. It's very sturdy as a sit-up bench. It's also super lightweight and easy to move from room to room. I do have to occasionally tighten the screws on it. I may use it more than the average user. Very much worth the price
