I purchased the Aobosi 24 Inch Dual Zone Wine Cooler 46 Bottle Freestanding and Built in Wine Refrigerator in 2020. I am so pleased with my purchase, and I would highly recommend this product to anyone that is in the market for such an item. I would be remiss if I didn't share my thoughts with you on this awesome fridge. The fridge itself was gorgeous as the pictures did not do its justice. Its stature oozed elegance and sophistication, it had tons of storage, and the dual zone was helpful for other beverages that I needed cold. Another appealing presence is the blue lighting system within the fridge that literally caught the eye of every guest that attended my party. I got so many compliments on my fridge and it added a touch of class that had everyone talking. Last but not least, I loved the fact that the wine cooler came with a key. It was helpful in that it allowed me to store beverages while maintaining privacy as well as monitoring the stock. Following the recent holidays of 2023, I misplaced the key to my wine cooler and needed a replacement. Oh, my goodness.....the Aobosi staff - they were AWESOME. The customer service team at Aobosi were so supportive in helping me with getting a replacement key without any out-of-pocket cost. They were very professional and empathetic; they were thorough in making sure that they had the correct model that I purchased; and it really put my mind at ease. It just further validates the reason that I purchased an Aobosi Wine Refrigerator.

Negative reviews said it doesn't hold the number of bottles listed and noise issues. Initially we liked it but did notice that the only way it would hold the number of bottles advertised is if they all were the narrowest 750 ml wine bottles, any others like most chardonnays and will not fit in a way that you can fill all racks to capacity. The bottom shelf is also spaced in a way that you cannot fit bottles on it normally and get the door to close. You have to shove them all the way to the back with the base up on the shelf in order to close the door. Furthermore, every time you pull that drawer out it also pulls the one above it out and you have reorganize all the bottom shelf bottles. It definitely is misleading in terms of capacity. Now on the noise issue. It was perfectly quiet for the first six months or so to the point you could not even tell it was running. After about six months it started making random squeaking and buzzing noises. They were not all that loud but they were noticeable. There was no way to predict when the noise would happen and it also did not happen all the time. In November it started to make a very loud noise like a leaf blower sound. After troubleshooting with the chat support, it ultimately was determined that one of the inside fans was defective. This took over two weeks to get to that point. I purchased an extended warranty and found out all it covers was parts. The chat support sent me a YouTube video showing how to replace the fan. It is definitely something I am capable of doing, but it is a rather lengthy process and will take me well over an hour to do. Also the video does not have any sound or narration to guide you through the process. Finally, I "ordered" the fan in late November, and I still have not received it. I keep getting these lame excuses as to why it is being delayed. The most recent ones blamed Chinese New Year and I was told I would get it within 10-15 days. I am still waiting. I am changing my rating from one star to four based on an update. I finally received the replacement fan and was able to replace it myself. It took about an hour to do so. It also took almost three months to get the fan. So far that seems to have fixed the problem. The technical support also said I would be reimbursed $60 for my time since they did not have an in home repair option for the warranty yet. I have not received that payment yet but I trust that they will follow through on that. When I took all the shelves out to complete the repair, I also figured out a way to fix the problem with the bottom shelf. There is a ridge that has a slope where the motor is housed on the bottom of the fridge and that causes the shelf to slip off. I took two pieces of cardboard and folded them once and that was exactly the height the shelf dropped. That fixed the problem and now the bottles fit on the bottom without causing them to have to be rearranged every time you open it. Also by taking out all the drawers and replacing them one at a time, I was able to fit five more bottles in the fridge so now it is at its actual stated capacity. Based on how they finally resolved my noise problem, I do recommend this fridge. But just be aware of the issues I wrote about here. When it is quiet like it is now, it is a really good wine refrigerator.

I've had this for about 18 months and it works very well. It keeps the temperature constant for the wine and has a very nice capacity.

We decided to purchase this wine cooler since we enjoy hosting parties at our place and it has worked out great so far. The cooler was delivered in a wooden crate for protection and while heavy, it is still possible for one adult to uncrate and install. It has great build quality when comparing it to others that cost twice as much and has a very large 46 (traditional shape) wine bottle capacity which is plentiful for our needs. My favorite feature about this cooler is that we are able to have different temperature zones which is very useful since we can chill both the red and the white wines in the same cooler, at the correct temperature for each. I saved a lot of money on this alone without needing to spend the money for a second fridge. The wooden drawers slide out and they can also be height adjusted in order to fit those irregular shaped bottes, which adds to its versatility. I was concerned about the fridge being too loud, which I can see happening if it it not placed on an even surface. However, in our case, the fridge has been silent and very suitable for indoor installation.

I bought this product two years ago almost to the day. It worked great except the shelves were too close to hold Champagne bottles. Today the cooler stopped and I cannot get the thermostat to drop below 64 degrees. Reading other reviews, this seems to be an issue. I paid $700 for this item. I expected it would work for more than two years.
