Fits true to size and the back was really pretty but I did return it because the front of the dress looked a little awkward around the top. the straps felt a little cheap and wouldn't stay up very well. I'd say if you're fuller in the chest it actually might look good but I'm not.

Fit perfect after I added some 4" heels, so if you're around 5'8" you would not need heels. Also to help with fit, I am a 34D. Worn as a bridesmaids dress. Did get hot running around at one point and some sweat showed through but quickly went away. Great dress for the price.
