We’ve been overlanding for a year utilizing Naturnest products and can’t say enough good about the quality and construction of our items and to top the climax throughput the past year customer service (Grace) has been nothing short of amazing and consistent in her services and dedication to (us) the customers. In our year out and about we decided to add a basket above our tent and needed the proper cross braces as the original RTT come with two. I contacted Grace and within hours I had the link to purchase two additional cross braces. Made the purchase and received the box with all necessary hardware, everything well packaged extremely fast and in time for a planned run upstate. The installation is simple and provides for more room for our equipment. Please keep in mind, these folks at Bamacar pack their items well. If in the event a item arrives damaged place the blame on the shipping companies who quite frankly handles the packaging without care for the end user. We overland almost weekly and have to say we have zero regrets about purchasing Naturnest products. They’ve held up to everything we have put it through and in this day and age, you want to know you’ve money well spent. ... show more

These are the cross bars that I needed. Fit how I expected….. did not come with hardware or ends caps. Quite disappointed with that.

Original order, BamaCar sent me a beat up box & refurbished cross bars with no nuts nor bolts or mounting hardware. I sent it back for new bars & hardware, that’s been going on 5 weeks still haven’t received my order. Asked for a refund, they said it will take 3 days…stilll waiting….BamaCar is garbage Edit: I know the difference between new product in a package that’s been rough handle during delivery & a used refurbished product in a used box 😩 ... show more
