This phone is top-of-the-line. I recommend getting it on sale. I previously used the s9, then the s20+, even when the s24 and s25 were out. But I wanted to have a phone that's the most up-to-date. This phone is many leaps and bounds better than the other two. It is easy to use, since it follows all the functionality of the previous phones, and you can easily download your settings from the previous ones, even if they are dated. It is incredibly fast, and Youtube videos are very clear. I have the 512 GB and was sad that it doesn't take the SD card to put in another 512 GB, but I suppose that's what most phones do these days now. It's well worth it if you get it on sale. It still is when it is in the normal Amazon price, but try to get it while it's on sale. I know the new phone's approaching, the s26, so there may be more options to get this phone. I also think that the s26 might not be that much better, so either one works, and they changed their security update policy to I believe five years so it's not a bad deal. In short, I'm glad I got this one. It does everything that I want (I'm a simple man, a phone's a phone, and I don't want all the bells and whistles), and it will last me possibly over six years for me. ... show more

    • Quite Expensive but Well Worth It
After coming from a Samsung Galaxy A53 5G this has been quite the upgrade. The phone is so responsive and very fast. I am an amateur photographer and I have very good camera equipment so I have never been all that interested in the capabilitites of the cameras on a phone. However with the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra it looks like it is going to be very fun to explore the different camera lens. I love the pro mode where you can ajust the ISO etc. I have used Tracfone for many years and in the early days I had pretty inexpesive phones with Tracfone. I was thrilled to find out that with their BYOP (bring your own phone) I could buy the best Samsung and the latesest version out there and find out it was compatible with Tracfone. I am in the beginning stages of looking under the hood but so far I have been very impressed. I would defintiely recommend this phone. With Smart Switch I was able to transfer all of the data and apps and accounts on my old phone to the new phone. It was quite easy and very fast. The battery life is good. At this point I am really a big fan of this phone and so glad I took the plunge. ... show more

I was looking for a upgrade for my two-year-old phone and honestly this is the best bang for the buck right now. Not much has changed in the last 2 years but in terms of software and speed it's like night and day. This is the quality that I've come to accept from Samsung and has overall impressed me in the last 6 months. I probably won't upgrade until the s28 at the very least so I'll update with this review depending on the phone's functionality in the future. ... show more

Got the wrong colour but whatever so far i'm enjoying the phone I did upgrade from a S21 though so even a S24 would be better. Everything transferred over smoothly so no issues there, I haven't really explored much of the AI yet but i do enjoy the translation app. Camera though amazing, I won't at a vet clinic that also boards pets and a lot of customers have commented on the quality. One client even asked for just me to take a picture. I'm waiting for a full moon though to see how the zoom is. ... show more

The best phone I ever owned. I usually go for a cheap phone but decided to splurge. This has the best battery life of any phone I owned. During and 8 hour shift of listening to music and looking up stuff on break, I'm only down to 80% battery as opposed to my previous Celero 5G+ which would be down to about 50-60%. It was a snap to set up, no hassles. My only beef is not being able to use the phone while it's charging without it getting really hot. It charges quick with the appropriate charger, but for some reason it'll start cooking if I'm scrolling with the charger plugged in. I've never had that happen before with a phone. Once it's at 100% it won't get hot unless I watch YouTube videos or something. I have to dock points for that. Everything else is neat. I found out I average 12000+ steps a day with the Samsung Health app. ... show more

    • Most awesome phone I have ever owned!
This phone has more power than my laptop which is 1 year old! I have barely scratched the surface of its capabilities. Even the basic stuff blows me away. My lock screen picture actually mirrors the current weather. If it is raining outside, my lock screen photo rains as well. If you are used to a high power phone, you will not be disappointed in the S25 ultra. If you upgraded from a basic phone like I did (A11) you will get your socks blown off!! The AI is awesome. I added the Gboard and Google messaging. Be aware the Gemini AI is pretty liberal socially and politically, but consider the ages of the people that built the database.. May align with some users, not so much with others. I use it a lot and enjoy the interaction and capabilities. All of the AI features are just a blast to play with, the power is amazing. There are so many ways to customize this phone . . Make sure you get a good screen protector and a bullet proof case like the Otter Box defender to protect your investment. You will freaking love this phone!!!!! I did not even get in to the capabilities of the camera. Have not even delved into that yet. So many options and such power! HI guess I shouldn't jump to a 5 star just yet but, the S25+ that I ordered came on time, was new and in excellent condition. My only problem was that I had to run the setup 3 times and then once again when everything was transferred (maybe my fault, or not) but, be it as it may, phone seems to be working most okay. I will update this post in a week or so. It seems to me that if they have all that technology they should be able to just update or transfer all of the data as soon as the phones are in proximity, with some securities of course. ... show more
