Great phone, screen size is as big as the iPhone 16 plus, 6.7 in. Dropped it a couple times and it hasn’t been damaged once. The memory is good for most mobile games and the AI included with the phone (which you can turn off if you aren’t into that stuff). I got the gray color and it looks really nice. The UI is also pretty nice. The sound is way better than my previous phone (you can basically hear music through the whole house if you turn the sound on max). It will take getting used back to Samsung since I had the iPhone for a while but it’s definitely better. ... show more

I Just upgraded from a Samsung S9+ after about 6 years. The S9 was ok for the most part but I REALLY needed a better camera. I work overnight security and need a good camera for outdoor low light shots. I had been lookin for the past year but the prices were still around $1,600. Well come prime day they were down to 1,054 so I pulled the trigger. Phone arrived in one day. Swapping from the old phone to new phone was completely painless it literally did everything itself. To be fair I had a harder time putting the unicorn beetle pro case on lol. The S25 ultra is FANTASTIC. Big beautiful screen, fast, great sound, seamless connectivity, great applications. Camera is FANTASTIC compared to the S9 cameras. If you're coming from an older phone this is a great phone I would highly recommend it. ... show more

Not 5 stars bc the phone randomly disconnects from wifi. I assume this is an issue with the new model and that it will be patched. I went from an Gs10 to a Gs25+ bc I couldn't find a new older model and since this was on sale and I had an additional discount this was the best price. Delivery was great, right on time and the phones factory box was sealed and intact inside the Amazon box. The phone is in perfect condition and seems to work fine. The camera is great especially compared to my old model lol. The quality of the screen is vibrant and clear. The battery seems efficient. My old model was very bad tho so I don't have a good reference. But it keeps charge well while I play mobile games like Pokémon go lol I have small hands so I'll have to get used to the size of the phone. But that's not a bad thing for me. Overall I'm very pleased. And my only issue is the wifi drops. Which aren't extremely frequent but still a bit annoying for a brand new phone so I hope Samsung patches the issue soon. ... show more

This phone is top-of-the-line. I recommend getting it on sale. I previously used the s9, then the s20+, even when the s24 and s25 were out. But I wanted to have a phone that's the most up-to-date. This phone is many leaps and bounds better than the other two. It is easy to use, since it follows all the functionality of the previous phones, and you can easily download your settings from the previous ones, even if they are dated. It is incredibly fast, and Youtube videos are very clear. I have the 512 GB and was sad that it doesn't take the SD card to put in another 512 GB, but I suppose that's what most phones do these days now. It's well worth it if you get it on sale. It still is when it is in the normal Amazon price, but try to get it while it's on sale. I know the new phone's approaching, the s26, so there may be more options to get this phone. I also think that the s26 might not be that much better, so either one works, and they changed their security update policy to I believe five years so it's not a bad deal. In short, I'm glad I got this one. It does everything that I want (I'm a simple man, a phone's a phone, and I don't want all the bells and whistles), and it will last me possibly over six years for me. ... show more

Great Phone! Data transfer is getting better and was easily accomplished with the included cable and smart-switch app. The screen is flat and allows for tempered glass screen protectors. No more curved display edges. Battery life is good and the camera is very good. It's a little bigger and heavier than an S25 but to get the 512GB increased memory, we had to go to the + model. It is really too bad that phones will not allow the user to install a micro SD card. The unlocked version is good on all carriers and on installation of the SIM card, it immediately configured itself. Expect to apply updates, even though it is new. ... show more

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Phone is working great so far camera quality is solid. It's smaller than the s20 but that's gonna be a matter of preference, I personally enjoy using Samsung and it's an improvement over the s20, better quality camera and battery life.
