DECKED Tool Box is most likely compatible with full-size trucks older than 2000 if the bed width is between 61"-70.5" inside bedrail to inside bedrail. The DECKED Tool Box is NOT COMPATIBLE with the DECKED Drawer System for any short 5'6" or standard 6'6" bed-length trucks. It is compatible with only select 8' Drawer System integrations.

My biggest concern buying the decked tool box was having a bed cover with it. It's a pretty big box and I wanted be sure I would still have room for a cover as I often carry parts and tools in my bed. I was very pleased with the results. With a 6.6 bed the decked box with the Access soft cover work perfectly together. The little D boxes that fit inside are great for small parts and I love having enough room for all my bigger tools. The only reason my review isn't lower is because decked customer service is really good. I purchased this box a year and a half ago from decked directly. I noticed a Crack in it in July just from normal use (pictured). Contacted customer support and was offered a new box but decided to do the drawers instead. I was given full purchase price, less tax, toward the drawers. They did not require the toolbox to be sent back so I had it sitting. I just sold the truck that had the drawers and went to use the toolbox in my new truck temporarily until I can sell mydrawers for the old truck and get the proper ones for my new truck. When I opened up the box, that had been sitting in my garage, the nutserts holding the lid bolts to the lid were pulled out. All but 1 of the 8 bolts had come out so now the thing is even more useless. I can't complain too much now as it was replaced. But everyone should be aware of potential issues. ... show more

First one shipped, damaged by freight carrier. Second one shipped, damaged by carrier. Called Decked directly and their customer service did exactly what I would expect a great company to do. They solved the issue. I received my undamaged box, install was easy. Love the ladder feature.
