Covee has bubbled, rusted and is now leaking. We live in FL where it rains everyday. Im Handicapped abd have to keep my electric power scooter in the bed of the our Ram. So this cover was bought with the intended purpose of keeping the bed dry. For $650 it should do as advertised for longer than 2 + years. Im contacting the company today. If I receive a positive responsive then I will update my review but as of now We are very unhappy.

I had a Bak-Flip cover on my old truck but those things are over a thousand dollars now. This cover is a worthy competitor, constructed similarly, and about two thirds the price. A couple of gripes though. I wish the manufacturers would anodize the aluminum brackets instead of leaving them the raw aluminum color. I rattle can painted mine so that they wouldn’t be so evident. And even though my cover was for the short box and came with four clamps to secure the rails to the box, I would feel better having three brackets per side. The brackets are the things holding everything down on the bed. It is important that the bracket with the thru-hole for the bolt securing the top be located as close as possible to the bracket that holds the rail to the box side. There are two straps with carabiner clips that you are supposed to attach the front brackets. Not a bad idea but to take it one step further I’ll run a couple of lines to the built in hold down rings at the front of the box, you can’t be to careful. Also the instructions could be a little more detailed. Clearly English is a second language….see photo. All in all the cover went on easily, looks good, and appears well made.

If you don’t need the feature of folding flat against the cab, this is a perfect cover for $400 less than those with that feature. Even if I need the full bed, it’s two screws to take this off. Install is a breeze and takes roughly 30 minutes. Most of that was lining up the cover just right so that it would seal the tailgate but also let it open freely. One tip: don’t install the screws holding the cover to the rails until you get it all aligned. Most complaints here regarding install have been addressed (at least for my Ram 1500): -the side rails can’t be confused one side for the other, the drainage tubes only go into one side on each making it obvious which is which -the screws that hold the cover to the rails are easy to hand tighten and have a secondary wing nut to prevent loosening Overall it looks nearly identical to the top end ones, it just folds one less time. I’m happy with it.

Ever since attaching this to my truck, I had constant problems with the screws loosening. I even tried different ones from Home Depot. A couple days ago the whole tonneau cover flew off my truck while driving on the interstate and ripped in half. Thank God it didn't hit a car behind me. The design is not sturdily attached to the truck bed. It was a waste of money. If I could do it over I would have paid more for a reputable cover, like BAKflip, that would have lasted longer. Over the 1.5 years it was on my truck I probably had to tighten the screws over 20 times. I would hear the cover rattling when I drove, and would know it was time to tighten them again. The middle panel wasn't even attached to the truck. The more expensive and reputable companies (because now I've been researching them) attach each panel to the truck bed, so you have to release each panel if you want to fold it back. While that might be annoying, it definitely won't fall off your truck. UPDATE: The company sent me a new cover free of charge. I'm happy to see they have improved the design and put pins in the bottom of the screws so even if they loosen they cannot fall off completely.

This bed cover arrived on time and as described. Installation was not difficult and I was able to do it by myself in about an hour. Instructions were clear and the cover fits and looks great. My model truck is ‘19 RAM 1500 BIGHORN. So it is the NEW body style. Old body will not work with this particular product.
