Amazing product for the price. Highly recommended. Looks amazing on my Ram Rebel. However the instructions were kind of useless. Some of the parts/items in the instructions were different than the ones that came with the cover. Might’ve been an older model. But you can use it as a guide because the install is pretty much common sense. Took about 30 min to install after leaving the instructions alone. Yes there’s a video on YouTube but seems to be an older model to match the instructions sheet. Great product though. Plenty of compliments.

After a year and a half the section closes to tailgate has rusted through to the point it’s close to breaking off. And customer service will not answer calls and no email addy on the company web page. . EDIT: after asking a question about the warranty in the question section of this ad the seller replied with an email address to send my order info and pics the very next day. . So I sent the info that day, the next day they replied back again and told me that I would receive my new bed cover under warranty by the end of the week. I feel bad for being impatient and bashing the company right off the bat. But I had read other reviews about not being able to file a claim for warranty and jumped the gun. This has been the one of the most hassle free warranty replacements in recent memory. So I felt obligated to edit and update my review and share the facts about x over and the customer service. I’ll definitely buy here again.

Looks good, just that rubber sides were kinda worn, as you can see in the pictures, the folder area came worn. Other than that, it was easy to install, it can be done by yourself but if you have a helping hand by you, I suggest taking it, it’ll make it easier! I think the price is too high for what it actually is, but very nice to have on your RAM. EDIT: I purchased this item on February of this year (2021) and already started to rust, it has had this rust for about a month but today it actually broke. What a waste of money honestly. I'll see if I have some sort of warranty.

This bed cover was easy to install and works great. Seems pretty sturdy, opens easily, can be removed fairly quickly if need be. Good value for the price. No cover is 100% water tight but this one has let only a few drops in even in the car wash.

This is a great kit. There is no point in purchasing the bak flip that's over $300 more unless you really don't want to spend the 30 seconds too unscrew two plastic nuts and just want to flip this thing up along your window. With my old soft tri-fold on my old truck I would just take it off because it only took 30 seconds to remove it with two toggle bolts, and I got the whole bed back. This one is similar. I would rather remove it and put it in my garage than block my entire rear window while driving home. So on to this product. . The fit and finish of the cover is really nice. The side gasket material is soft and I didn't need any of the peel and stick foam for the side rails since my 2019 ram 1500 doesn't have a curve to the sides of the bed rail so it fit perfect. Definitely do not tighten anything down completely until you close your tailgate to make sure everything is square and that the seal for the tailgate smooshes to keep out water. The only improvement I would make on it are on the handheld knobs that you use to tighten the cover down to the side rails towards the bed window. It is quite tedious to put on a flat washer and then a lock washer and then the large black plastic nut while making sure the gasket bolt is not spinning while you're tightening things down. They definitely should have made the gasket thru bolt square so it stays in place while you are threading on the plastic nut. Also some sort of string tether would be great so you don't lose those nuts. Honedtly, A little bit of engineering and the nuts and bolts probably could have been replaced with something more practical where you're not losing pieces and parts. Overall really nice setup though.

If you don’t need the feature of folding flat against the cab, this is a perfect cover for $400 less than those with that feature. Even if I need the full bed, it’s two screws to take this off. Install is a breeze and takes roughly 30 minutes. Most of that was lining up the cover just right so that it would seal the tailgate but also let it open freely. One tip: don’t install the screws holding the cover to the rails until you get it all aligned. Most complaints here regarding install have been addressed (at least for my Ram 1500): -the side rails can’t be confused one side for the other, the drainage tubes only go into one side on each making it obvious which is which -the screws that hold the cover to the rails are easy to hand tighten and have a secondary wing nut to prevent loosening Overall it looks nearly identical to the top end ones, it just folds one less time. I’m happy with it.

This was an easy installation- it dripped water after the first rain but the seller refunded $150 and gave guidance on how/where to apply silicon to fix the problem. I applied said silicone and it temporarily resolved the leaking but that only worked for about 6 months. The panel nearest to the cab began bubbling on it’s finish about 12 months after installation and now it has begun to crack and ooze rusty water from the top and bottom of the panel. I am in the process of trying to contact their customer service to see if they will honor the five year warranty and will add an update once I hear something back. All in all, it’s about half the price of the leading brands so it might just be a “you get what you pay for” lesson. Hopefully they send a replacement and it’s better than the first one. On the seller’s Amazon page, the contact us section doesn’t have an email or message option- only a phone number.

This bed cover arrived on time and as described. Installation was not difficult and I was able to do it by myself in about an hour. Instructions were clear and the cover fits and looks great. My model truck is ‘19 RAM 1500 BIGHORN. So it is the NEW body style. Old body will not work with this particular product.
