I took a chance on this and am really glad I did. So far it’s been great. The instructions were trash, so when that fails, just go to YouTube like the rest of the world does! The installation isn’t difficult, but it really helps if you have some basic knowledge of how to replace the old one when doing this. I saved a lot of money by taking a chance on this and it was totally worth it. Works perfectly!

We installed this in our basement, near a bathroom that we use frequently, and so far, we have no issues with it. Irt has been more than 4 months since we install it and no complain at all. I had this installed in one of our shops with a basement bathroom, allowing us to add a toilet. That was three nearly months ago and as of today it is still operating as it should. I finally got a chance to install this. I was procrastinating since I thought it was going to be hard. Ultimately, the setup was intuitive. The instructions are helpful, although I wish the images and instructions were better, but they are enough to get the job done. I saw another review that said the unit was only 500W, not 800W. Mine is consistently marked as 800W / 1HP, and the function matches that, although I haven't disassembled it, so I can't confirm it definitively. It comes with the connectors I needed, in addition to what I already had. The parts fit well, and the clamps made the connections tight enough such that I have confidence they will hold (thankfully). I'm only going up three meters (vs. nine), and 20' across, so I'm not pushing its limits. I hope that, as a result, this unit will last for a very long time. The price is reasonable, considering the good quality and the fact that I can install it myself without paying someone to do it for me. Together, those points make this a great value.

I've done these before so I know what I'm doing, but these instructions are awful. They need a translator and a proofreader bad. Outside of that it's pretty straight forward to install if you know what you're doing and it's handling the small "jobs" just fine. I recommend externally venting it because even with the filter in it, you don't want to be venting these gasses into the house.

Works as expected. Does a good job of pumping sewage up and into the main line with no clogs or backflow with proper installation. Setting up was easy, standard installation for a macerator pump like this. It fit all my standard size pluming just fine without a lot of drama or adapters. Definitely a good value for a smaller macerator pump for running a half bath.

This really took the macerator task head on. I was able to hook it up to a ground level toilet with no direct drain. It has inputs for the whole bathroom. The power was excellent and took care of the drainage easily.
