So this is rather thin, but the plastic side seems to prevent water from going through. We put this down for a hot tub that sits on a wood deck. It also absorbs some of the splashed out water too. For the price, it's not a bad deal and adds an additional level of protection if it is on a wood surface. But, if you are expecting this to protect the tub itself from a rough surface, it isn't thick enough.

If I had to go back in time, I would not have made this purchase. It’s under a 250 gallon hot tub now so there it stays. It’s thin AF and everything under the sun sticks to it. Every speck of dust particle leaf hair gloating in the air or near is drawn to it. It looks dirty all the time. I have to hard spray it with the hose to make it decent and a slight breeze blows the corners up and over into a fold. If you are into how things look, you will hate, if you only care that water probably isn’t trapped under the hot tub, it will do the job.

This is a simple, thin ground cover with a rubber-like backer to go under an inflatable pool. It's not real thick, but works as intended. I did put another, thicker play pad on top of this to go under my children's pool since you know kids jump and fall and such. But I feel like this product performed as intended.

I actually got this to go under a blow up kiddie pool in my yard. It has worked great to keep the bottom of the pool from getting eaten away by the grad and moisture. It has also been great keeping the keeps feet clean when they get in and out of the pool.
