I grew up with pressure cookers - i am now 65 and still use them. It is one of the easiest cookers I have used over the years. As long as you follow the directions you have a perfect cooker. Pressure is perfect - use the lines inside the cooker to adjust the added water. Too much, the liquid will escape on top, too little, the pot bottom can burn and change color to a dark color. Cooking speed is excellent - lots of energy saving. For example - whole potatoes cook in 7 minutes (after the water boils) but using a normal pot it needs about 30 to 45 minutes, depending how big potatoes are. ... show more

My last cooker was so cheap I only used it twice before it broke. The Kobach is heavy and sturdy, not made cheaply. I can cook in a fraction of the time with this, and use less gas.

What a fine. This is the best pressure cooker I have had to date. I can sauté a roast and my ingredients and liquid lock the lid on and have a full roast dinner in 35 minutes The locking lid on this is so easy no more trying to line it up. Nothing just lock and load.

Been using a lot. Nice thick bottom heats quickly on our induction range. Super tender meat in 10 mins after getting up to pressure. Pot roast, beef stew, etc. in 20 mins vs 2 hrs, plus more tender, yes please

Such an easy pressure cooker to work with. It’s built to last and you can tell by the quality of it. I love that you can easily put the lid on the counter as it has its own stand.
