Terrible product. Had a leaking hose where their glue did not hold. Had to replace the water pump. Now the pump cycles on and off then sets a E2 fault. Today marks 3 months since product was delivered. Terrible customer support. Do not waste your money on this product.

Had to file an A to Z claim with this third party seller because what they sell is junk and their customer service provided was also junk. The hot tub pump they give you is trash to begin with. Once you inflate the tub and get everything set up you are met with disappointment due to the heater mechanism not working. I reached out to the third party seller to ask for a shipping label that would do front door pickup. They sent me a long list of troubleshooting requirements before they finally offered to refund me $30 and to keep the $600 hot tub a paid for. The offer will top out at $200. If you do your research on replacing the heating element you are looking at roughly $300. That $200 refund is still a slap in the face. Probably my worst buy on Amazon thus far. But luckily Amazon stands by their customers, because this third party is purposely ripping everyone off.

Do not buy. Customer service is horrible. It’s 3rd party so you cannot get a refund. Didn’t even get to use it before the tub lost all air and wouldn’t pump back up and there was no instructions on how to do it without the pump. Wouldn’t keep temps. It would shut off randomly after hitting 104 and dropping into the 80s or lower overnight. It was missing one of the filters and covers when it arrived. It was going to cost almost as much to ship the item back as the item cost to buy. Absolute nightmare.

DO NOT BUY! The heaters doesn’t shut off, my daughter got in and got burned. Checked water is was 112 degrees. Even if that was resolved the pump itself stopped heating water after 4 days and now just barely can cycle any water. Seller wants me to pay return freight to get this resolved! Not only should they be sued for this defective dangerous product they should take full responsibility and refund ALL of my purchase. Stick with Coleman or similar known company. I will be filling a formal complaint with Amazon for starters and go from there. Amazon do better with what you allow people to sell here.

Easy setup. Nice quality. The thermostat on the heater does not work right and therefore when the heater is on it will continue to heat until you turn the heater off. When I checked the water temperature it was 113. Just be aware to watch the water temperature. Update—the company offered a 20% refund so they wouldn’t have to deal with our issue anymore. Unfortunately, my husband agreed to it. Within a couple days, the heater completely stopped working. We have purchased a portable hot tub heater, but it cost more than the 20%. Until it arrives, we have a very expensive goldfish pond in our yard. Dropped the rating stars to one, because the scale doesn’t go any lower.

Sadly this item is a great concept but major improvements need to be made to their customer service. And also the pump and the heating system. In less than 10 days mine started having issues the very first setup the heater overheated and made the water scalding. And then I continue to have issues from there forward. I followed all instructions I reached out to customer service I finally gave up and had to have Amazon step in play who finally got me a full refund.
