Arrived in steel frame protected carton. Just follow directions on carton to easily unpack. Not a scratch on it! Only concern was that owner manual unclear on LED display of when battery fully charged. Goes up 20 degree inclines easily, super fast at 14+ mph. This scooter is not only fun to drive but its ease of operation makes it very useful. It has nice lockable storage and the charging port is readily accessible. I would buy another one when this one wears out!

We LOVE the scooter, however, being a Sr woman buying for a hubby that is pretty much wheelchair bound, this was so well packaged the we could barely get the scooter out. It shipped in a cardboard box and had a welded frame around it. Photos of bottom and top of metal crate. This was truly a challenge, ( I just noticed the directions on the box when I took this picture) but the scooter is great, smooth, quiet and everything it promised to be. I have purchased (2) Tzora Titan scooters in the last three years. The first one broke down after a year, the second one suffered the same failure after three months. After ordering this mobility scooter it was obviously better made and more substantial than the Tzora. For the same money! MENTIONING THE TZORA IF YOU ARE TRYING TO DECIDE WHICH ONE. I had an issue with not receiving call for delivery and contacted the seller via Amazon 3 days prior to expected first delivery date and then with Mobility Nexus, thereafter. Turns out the phone given by me was disconnected after the order was placed. They got the information corrected and was delivered on time....2/15/2024. Easily removed from shipping packing and battery was charged and able to test drive immediatley. All systems working perfectly. Totally changes my outdoor mobility. ... show more
