I used this for the first time last night. I made two pizzas and they turned out fantastic. I made my dough then slid it onto floured paddle then topped it. I was so scared abt the transfer to the hot stone but after a quick shake the edge hit the stone and that edge will grip stone and you quickly pull it out and it’s fine. It was done in 5min. This Is a quality set! It's a heavy duty Stone. It's got a wire rack that goes under it with handles on each side to lift it an oven mitt, a large bamboo paddle that has a sloped edge to slide under the Pizza. It's not glued together, so it will not come apart. Pizza cutter, wax paper, a scrub brush to clean your Stone. And a utensil to lift up your pieces of pizza when you're done , this was by far the largest stone & the thickest out there for the best price! Look no further, this is definitely a top-notch high quality set. I promise you you could do a large round Pizza on it. A large round sourdough loaf or 2 square loafs of bread on it at the same time, it's very well packaged. I would definitely recommend this and purchase this again. ... show more

What a well packaged complete pizza making set! The value for the purchase price was good. The pieces were not flimsy. The pieces were all there to make a great pizza and the history of pizzas was interesting. Highly recommend.
