Easy to set up, it only had taken about 20 minutes from unboxing to going for a run with it. It is shorter in length, but works for both myself (5'1", 120lb female) running and walking and my partner (6', 300lb male), though he cannot take a full running stride on it due to its compact size. Auto incline, speed controls, and heart rate monitoring on the hand rails work seamlessly. The heart rate monitor is completely accurate and matches with my watch. The motor is quiet, you have zero pull with the auto incline while actively walking/running. Very solid built, folds up to about 10" deep if storing vertically. I do not need to store mine, but the adaptability is a nice feature. I use with the Kinomap app! I couldn't be happier with this treadmill!

I bought this treadmill mainly for my mom because the weather has gotten too cold for her to walk outside, and honestly it was one of my better purchases this year. Setting it up was super easy — it’s slim, folds down nicely, and actually fits right under the sofa when we’re not using it. What I like most is how versatile it is. She uses it at a slow walking pace during the day, and I can switch it into jogging mode when I want a quick workout. The motor feels strong and smooth, and the belt doesn’t have that “cheap wobble” some compact treadmills have. The LED panel keeps things simple: speed, time, distance, calories — nothing confusing. The remote control is surprisingly handy (my mom loves not having to bend down to adjust anything), and the Bluetooth app is a fun bonus. She even started trying those little virtual walking trails. The incline option adds a bit of challenge too. It’s quiet enough that it doesn’t bother anyone in the house, which is important since she uses it early in the mornings. I absolutely love this treadmill! It’s lightweight, quiet, and fits perfectly under my bed when I’m not using it. Setup was super easy — basically just unboxed it and plugged it in. I use it while watching TV or during nap time, and it runs smoothly without shaking or being too loud. The speed range is perfect for walking or light jogging, and the remote makes it easy to adjust on the go. If you live in an apartment or have limited space, this is the ideal treadmill. The media could not be loaded. Overall great little treadmill squeaks a little had some noise and I would say this is for people about definitely under 6 foot. I’m gonna put a detailed video so that you can hear you can see things like that. Definitely if you’re over 6 foot go with a different treadmill if you wanna run if you wanna walk just like a normal walk this is great speed is good. Incline is great. I mean you know I got it on sale for three something so it’s worth that I wouldn’t pay any more than 365 for it for sure but it’s a great treadmill. It’s a great starter treadmill before you put a lot of money into something to learn to take care of one etc. it folds up excellent if it’s in a very small corner, doesn’t take up much room so I mean for me it’s perfect. I’m gonna put a video in there so you can get a better understanding. It’s a great unit just purchase an extended warranty. I do that with everything through assuring on everything. They’re pretty cheap and I’ve never had any issues with them. I don’t care if it’s a coffee maker I purchased a shirt on they sent you a new coffee maker they refund you whatever they give me no problems. It doesn’t matter if it’s accidents or whatever it is so anyway it’s always worth it so I’m not I don’t have any worries if the manufacturer or something does go wrong if the manufacture doesn’t cover Asurion will so I mean $365 for something to last two or three years until I’m ready to spend 2000 I mean hey if you have any questions let me know
