The set up was extremely easy and we were replacing an inflatable hot tub from another company that we had for two years. We definitely liked the idea of the internal pump and it was a space saver! Unfortunately, the day we got it and it was set up, we had a terrible storm come through and our power has been out for five days. Power came back on today and we cannot wait to actually get to use the hot tub. There was a large air bubble on the far right corner when we were setting up… Because of the power outage, I haven’t had a chance to go check it and see if it remains. We will update in the next day or two once we have the opportunity to use it…as of right now the set up was a breeze so hopefully everything else runs smoothly!

I would love to give this 5 stars but there is a huge air bubble under the water on the floor that I’m unsure how to get rid of… it’s built on a deck so there’s air flow under it and it I’ve owned an inflatable so I understand how these things get set up…. Definitely not user error..it seems like a manufacturers defect and nothing the seller did but also can’t find a way to contact the seller to see what the options are.. 4/4/25 4/9/25… the seller is working diligently and professionally to resolve the issue so far it’s been a pleasure to handle the issue… don’t let my review deter you if you are on the fence they will make it right if the issue happens to you

Went to inflate and had a hole in it - looks like been in a Box for years - cracked and worn - they did reach out and replace it - so far so good
