The media could not be loaded. These fans are really great. We just moved into a new house and wanted to update the outdated lighting that was here so we ordered four of them. We have really high ceilings in one area of our house, and wanted to be able to have a lot of air circulation throughout the year. The fan comes with a remote that has 3 timers;1 hour, 2 hour and 4 hour. It also has 6 fan speeds and 3 different light modes. You can dim the light by the remote and you can switch it from summer to winter by the remote, while the fan is off. Also included is a cradle for the remote. You can either screw it into or use double-sided tape to attach to a wall so you don't misplace the remote. When I put the fan on the highest setting it was like a jet engine! There was so much air being moved, it was amazing! Although we ordered 4 of them, unfortunately one didn't work. However, we were able to return it and get another one within twenty four hours. I'm very pleased with the functionality and look of these fans. A nice addition to our new home! ... show more

    • The Best Five Reasons You'll Want this Ceiling Fan

There are more than five reasons why I'd suggest this ceiling fan to other Amazon shoppers. But I'll keep it simple, and mention the top five benefits of having it in your home or business. 1. Size. At 72 inches, it's so much larger than traditional ceiling fans. But that size also means better circulation of air throughout the room. Which means much cooler rooms during warm and hot months. 2. Color Options. Unlike most ceiling fans that only have one color of fan blades, this one is double-sided. So you can choose between displaying black or brown fan blades, to better match a room. 3. Reversible Flow. Your average ceiling fan will only spin in one direction. This ceiling fan can have that direction reversed. So if you run it normally, it will cool off a room in the summer. But if you reverse the flow in the Fall or Winter, it actually helps to circulate all warm air in the room. Meaning warmer rooms during the cold months, and the fan is still put to good use year-round. 4. Better Light Coverage. Unlike many of the ceiling fans that are lighted that I've used before, this has noticeably better coverage with regards to the light. 5. Use Indoor or Outdoor. Most ceiling fans are just made for indoor use. This one was designed to also be used outdoors, in a covered area (patio, gazebo, shop, deck). It's not waterproof - so don't get it if you need a ceiling fan in an area that might get rain directly on it. But it can handle high humidity as well as some stray drops. Honorable mention for it include that it's got a quick and easy install, and it's priced much lower than similar ceiling fans with the same exact features. I've used many Amico brand recessed lights in home improvement projects for our homes and rental properties. They're solid for being so low-budget.
