TERRIBLE SELLER!!! Quality for the price was fairly decent, but screws and hinges for the extendable piece are on top of the table instead of the under side which looks pretty dumb and is not advertised in the first few pictures. Tried to send it back after feeling misled, and they wont pay for shipping so it would be more to send back than it cost in the first place. What a joke.

I was expecting this to be complicated due to the ability to convert the size of the table, but the directions were clear and it was not difficult at all. We are very happy with this set. It looks good for a casual dining area.

Worst customer service. Cheaply made. They are forcing me to pay the return shipping to return this item back to them. Do not purchase!!!!! It cost more to send it back than it did to buy it.

Perfect size and height. Love how it folds "down". Sturdy chairs. Only thing.. Wish they would have put the "folding clamps" on the underside of the table not on the top.
