This GPS is so dim and the screen is so reflective as to be unusable in daylight. I do not understand all the positive reviews. Pros Cheap price Cons The display is way too dim and cannot be made brighter. The screen is highly reflective like a mirror which prevents you from seeing details. The sun visor clips are flimsy, fall out easily and don't solve the reflection problem. There is no GO HOME button. The screen layout is not simple like other GPS's and learning how to navigate is painful. The power cord is on the left side which obscures your field of vision a bit. The software was not updated and didn't show things that were two years old. Too many unused icons are displayed and too much work to input the destination and go. The manual was missing important how-to information. Hard to figure out on my own. I returned this GPS after three frustrating days.

I bought this GPS navigator recently for long road trips, especially for use in our RV. Setup was simple and straightforward—just mount it and plug it in. The 7-inch screen is bright and responsive, even during sunny daytime driving. The voice guidance is clear and supports multiple languages, which is a nice touch. It also provides useful alerts like speed warnings and school zones. I really like that it lets you enter vehicle details like size and weight, which is great for avoiding restricted roads when driving a larger vehicle. What stood out to me the most is the free lifetime map updates. I’ve already updated the preloaded North America map once, and the process was smooth. Haven’t tried maps from other regions yet, but it’s good to know that option is available. Overall, this GPS isn’t overly fancy, but it gets the job done reliably. Doesn't feel like a garmin. Very light. Voice not very load. However all the displays are nice. It even tells you house numbers on both sides of you as you drive. The mount system is a bit awkward and a bit large.

I am so impressed with the accuracy of this 7” GPS Navigation System. It offers accurate navigation and real-time map updates. The touchscreen is large, very responsive, easy to use, screen is bright even under sunlight, voice quality is superb and the turn-by-turn directions are clear and precise. I especially love the traffic alerts, radars, point of interest, speed and red light camera alerts — they’ve been super helpful and makes each trip safer and more efficient. It also comes with free updates, which keeps everything current. It is such an amazing investment and great value for the price. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable alternative and easy-to-use device.

Some of the distance warnings are off. It says to turn in 900 feet but after 200 it says turn here and you often miss the turn. Also the clock on the device does not update. Mine is 7 hours off.

I wanted to like this. The screen is beautiful, the map detail is great on an overview. Way better than Garmin on the overview. The bad. This unit couldn't find a Walmart across the street and if it did, it would send you 5 miles out of the way to go 100 yards. I tried multiple times to find easy address, including my work 25 miles from home and it couldn't do it. I always have to use google maps at the same time to get anywhere - which defeats the purpose. . If you do get the address to show up, the route time is way off. In a 2.5 hour trip it estimated 30 minutes longer than google maps and you can guess which one was right. Returning.
