Description
It is not recommended to set the temperature to the “MAX” position for a long period of time, as this position allows the freezer to cool continuously, which increases the power consumption of the compressor and reduces the service life of the compressor. Warm reminder: After receiving the freezer, please leave it for 24 hours before turning on the power to run it. Start at temperature level 3, then adjust as needed after it’s been running for a while! Why is my freezer noisier in use and the outside of the freezer hotter? Here are some points to consider: 1. A higher temperature setting will make the compressor work harder, leading to more noise. 2. The freezer releases internal heat, which may warm the outside. This is normal and can feel warm to the touch. Is your freezer not cooling? Please check if you can hear the freezer running after plugging it in. If not, it has likely stopped working.
