The product came damaged, but thinking it was the delivery company as the product comes with a lot of protective packing. The seller corrected the problem quickly and provided me with a replacement... and the product is exactly what we wanted. For the price especially if you catch it on a sale, it can be beat. The Assembly is a little time consuming and sometimes a little confusing however it's a beautiful unit for the price. It's a nice size, somewhat heavy by the end so it feels solid and seems like it can support a decent amount of weight. I just wish the shelves were adjustable in height however I feel like they are more sturdy being set. Door alignment is the only annoying part, not hard to get right just lots of doors to adjust to make sure all of them look good.

Great cabinet for a record player, Sadly it had a CHIP in the front corner and the missing piece wasn't anywhere in the box, so we couldn't glue it back on, guess it's in the warehouse. However, the size is just what we needed for records and the ability to put it together was very easy, with well labeled parts. Looks great, too.

I bought this piece to use as a side board/ Buffet in our dining room. My husband missed the last step of assembly and the item was very shacky, wobbly. I wanted to return it, but the customer service tried to help me to address the concern. Once the last step was completed, it became very solid. It definitely looks very modern and smooth. I like that it is not bulky. Perfect size for the standard dining room.

Do not buy this product on Amazon. I purchased two of these items for my trichology studio. They looked beautiful on Amazon, but when the first package arrived and we started assembling, the pieces were all wrong. We tried several ways to put it together, but it was crooked, and the doors would not close. I contacted Amazon for a return, but the return shipping was going to cost me $314 out of my own pocket—much more than the product is worth. I asked Amazon for a prepaid return label, but after a month and a half, I am still waiting. One box I never even opened, because after the first one came defective, I refused to waste more time. The quality of the product is terrible, and the seller is even worse. He only replies through generic emails, never resolves the issue, and I have called Amazon countless times with no solution. Don’t waste your money—this seller is awful.

This sideboard is perfect for our new coffee bar. We love the rounded edges and the quality is great. I was surprised by the soft-close cabinets. We bought the version with the three drawers (which are not soft-close), but they are perfect to hold all of our extra coffee & brewing accessories. I appreciate that it was packed well and no pieces were damaged in shipping. It is extremely heavy though, so definitely a 2-person lift.

The media could not be loaded. The furniture looks super high end in person! It's gorgeous. It's also very sturdy. Absolutely love the slow closure. It was tedious to put together but all the pieces were present and fit together well. One of the front piece had some cosmetic superficial damage upon arrival. We emailed customer service asking them to ship a replacement piece for just that piece. We received a positive response right away and they shipped the piece and shared tracking number! It took maybe a week or two for the piece to arrive which ultimately was a bit too long for us-- we were just too excited to have it assembled. The damage is barely visible anyway. We were super impressed by their customer service, they replied very quickly and were super accommodating. We want to purchase a few additional furniture and will definitely look at this company first!
