Right out of the box, you can tell this saw is built tough. Starts easy, runs smooth, and chews through thick limbs and trunks with no fuss. We took down a big sick ash tree and it handled the whole job just fine. Chain tension is simple to adjust. They even threw in the tools you need. For this kind of quality, the price is more than fair. Really happy with it.

Put about ten hours on this saw and it’s been performing great. I’ve rented name-brand 20-inch saws before — this one’s just as good. Takes a little technique to start because of the high compression (you gotta hold the throttle trigger), but honestly, that’s a good sign. Means it’s got some guts. Real happy with this buy.
