Would give it 0 stars if I could. Chainsaw came broken & Amazon won’t take it back. Can’t get ahold of the company. They have a QR code that takes you to an empty page. The instruction says for further assistance refer to page 37&38 yet the booklet only goes to page 35. We’ve tried just about everything & can’t get the saw to start.

This was first time that I ever bought a chainsaw, I was little confused while using it first time but when I started using it it was very convenient and easy to use, I was so impressed by the solid build quality and ergonomic design. It starts up easily and runs smoothly, with plenty of power to handle everything from small branches to larger stems. The 20” guide bar gives me excellent reach, and the chain cuts cleanly and efficiently without bogging down. I will Highly recommend to anyone in need of a reliable, high-performance chainsaw.

I bought this chainsaw for my dad to cut tree branches, and he’s really impressed. It’s much more powerful than his old electric one, starts easily, and handles tough jobs with no problem. Great quality and not too heavy, making it comfortable to use for longer periods. Perfect for yard work!

Missing Screws & Bolts. Hard to get Chain on Bar and either difficult mechanism to tighten chain or don't work properly. Tried sending it back the same way I received it. They, gave me a refund. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone and cause them or Amazon problems or a loss.

This chainsaw is a beast! Powerful 62cc engine cuts through thick logs with no problem. I’ve used it for storm cleanup and some heavy work around the ranch, and it hasn’t let me down. The 20-inch bar gives great reach, and the automatic oiler keeps the chain running smooth. I also like the ergonomic handle—it helps reduce fatigue during longer jobs. This is a heavy duty chair saw to cut down trees and large branches. Very easy to setup. It runs on gas so you don’t have to worry about charging it. Very durable saw, it can cut easily. Price wise this is a great saw to get the job done! Doesn’t weight that much so easy to carry.

Received the chainsaw yesterday. Followed the instruction on putting it together and mix for fuel gas ratio. Added bar chain oil. Tried to start it multiple time but will not start.
