So I really like this fan because it's really big. The light is kind of bright but it has three different modes. Only problem is that the light does not dim like some other ceiling fans that I've had in the past. The light kind of stayed on a little bit when I turn the light off and had the fan on. I love the look of this fan. Comes with a remote control for the fan and light. It has several speeds but you honestly only need it on level one- it moves the air very well! No noise but very difficult to balance for the higher speeds, and the light works in an odd way with normal wall switches....best to just use the remote. ... show more

The fan itself is nice and moves a lot of air. The remote is a suspect at best as both the fan and light come on to their highest settings regardless of which speed or brightness you choose. The light, which is extremely bright on its lowest setting, also continues to glow long after you turn it off. I'd return it but don't want the hassle of taking it down, apart, and then boxing it up. I don't hold much hope for longevity for this fan. Stick to the brands who've been making fans for years would be my opinion. UPDATE 07/02/25 Fan died, no communication with remote. Light is so bright it belongs on an aircraft and not in your living room. Amazon stepped up and delivered a full refund even though it was beyond the 30 day window. Nonetheless...I would highly recommend you stay away from this fan and any other items this seller may have to offer. ... show more

This rating on the 72" fan is for a new installation. Very quiet, very smooth, no vibration or blade track issues. Airflow is okay on high, not much on low. The lights are a little on the dim side, but sufficient. Easy to assemble, took about an hour.
