I've only had this chair a few days, but let me start out by saying that this is by far the easiest chair that I have ever assembled. I work in an office outside of the home and have for several years. So, I have put together many chairs throughout the years. I was able to assemble this chair, by myself, in less than 2 hours. That includes unboxing and reading directions, taking breaks and helping customers. The wheels are the rollerblading type that work great on carpet or hard flooring. Be careful though, it will run away from you if you aren't used to it. The padding on the seat is very thick and so far, it offers great support. Very roomy for my bum with plenty of room to spare. The arms are fantastic. They stay up when needed and aren't prone to falling down, but are easily placed in the position you prefer. the back is comfortable and the adjustable lumbar support is excellent. The twisting (pumping) mechanism for your desired tension is a little stiff however I'm sure this will loosen more with use. Overall, I give this chair 5 stars.

I LOVE THIS CHAIR!!!! For reference, I am 5'7' and a little on the chunkier side weighing 260. I work from home and sit at my desk at least 8 hours a day. I have been through 3 different chairs in about as many years and wish so much I found this one sooner!! I have neuropathy in my left thigh and my hips usually hurt pretty badly at the end of the day. I wanted a chair that didn't have arm rests that dug into my thighs and had a seat that came up to the back of knees. This chair meets both needs. It is a huge chair with lots of cushion and support in the seat and in the back. My feet do not touch the floor when I sit all the way back in it but I have a foot rest that is just perfect with this chair. My hips no longer hurt and I am able to work longer when needed. I highly highly recommend this chair!! It is worth the money and my husband was able to put it together in about 20 minutes. It's is extremely sturdy and rolls really well. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!!

This chair is 100% worth the money. You might look at the price and think it’s expensive, but trust me it’s not. I’m a real “big and tall” guy: 6’3”, 382 lbs, former college offensive lineman. I’ve owned chairs that cost over $500, and honestly, they don’t even come close to this one. Is it perfect? Nope. But if you’re actually big and tall and need a chair with a wide seat and backrest, this is the one. For reference, my jeans size is 48 and, yeah, I’ve got love handles and I still have plenty of room in this chair. The flip-up arms are an add bonus. Makes it super easy to pull the chair closer to your desk or table when you’re not using it. Like I said, I’ve spent more on chairs that don’t do that. And the measurements they list are real, which is rare. A lot of “big and tall” chairs on here have fake measurements, but this one’s legit. Now, the few drawbacks. First, I’m not sure how long the gas cylinder will last. A lot of these “big and tall” chairs brag about high weight limits, but that usually refers to the base, not the cylinder. What I do with every new chair is set it to my preferred height and install a cylinder ring lock, it helps a lot in the long run. Second, the lower lumbar support. Since it’s a mesh back, you can feel the plastic piece behind it. Easy fix though, just grab a small cushion and slide it between the mesh and the lumbar support piece. Problem solved. Other than that, this chair is absolutely worth buying. Super comfortable, wide, sturdy, and honest about what it offers. Hope this helps out my fellow big and tall folks!

I am 6'2" and about 385 lbs. Finding a chair that is comfortable AND will not break or give out in a year is a big deal for a big and tall fella. Compared to my last char (Hon Big & Tall Wave), it's much more comfortable seated in the new chair. And the armrests are very adjustable, but also they stick out and are much higher on the chair, so I can't get as close to my desk in the corner section as I used, to. It's making me sit upright more. Which is likely a good thing and not hunched over like my old chair. When I sit back fully in the chair, it's very comfy with the headrest and armrest pads. The armrests are very cushioned. And the seat cushion is soft, fully supporting my thigh up to my knee, but firm enough. Lower lumbar is effective. And I can flip the armrests all the way up to have no armrests in the way. For the money, I think it is a very good value. And seems well constructed with a metal base, and roller skate type wheels (which I would have put on if this chair didn't have them). We shall see how the durability lasts over time. My guess is that the armrest pads will get a lot of wear from contact. But again...for the money...it's a good value.
