This is a superb fan. I replaced my 52" fan with this 60" one and couldn't be happier with it. Easy to install, great design, super quiet and moves A LOT of air on even the low setting. I'm considering changing my bedroom ran now as I really love this fan!

Really pretty fan. We ordered the 72" for our outdoor covered patio. We live in a high wind area and, so far, it has held up to gusts of up to 50 mph on the 10" down rod--so fingers crossed it will make it through our bigger storms as well. The blades seem strong and heavy with good air movement to help on our 95-degree summer days and to stave off mosquitoes. It was a very easy DIY install for one person--though I have installed a few other home ceiling fans before this. Good fan, right price. Took a minute of frustration to figure out getting the blades on. Start with one and very loosely screw in the cap with one screw, then add the other blades with one screw each before tightening them all down in a star pattern. Very quiet, moves a lot of air.

I've purchased 7 of these fans and have been very satisfied with them. 4 have been in use for over a year. I like the style and are very quiet. Easy to assemble which I did myself. I did have an electron install all of them.

    • Had to get it replaced as it developed ticks from bad bearings on speeds 4 and above.

No vibration at high speed (but wait). Having 6 speeds on the remote is a nice touch. When installing remove the hot, ground natural connector block and use wire nuts. I went round and round with this connector block and its hard to get a decent connection that didn't pop loose. Otherwise a beautiful fan that moves a serious amount of air with zero noise. On reliability, time will tell. The blades are a good dark walnut and seem to be made of real wood, not balsam wood. Easily replaced motor. Now just hoping this one last a long time. Had to get it replaced as bearings made noise. Thank goodness for Amazon it was very easy and quick. ... show more
