This skillet is nicely designed but I give it poor marks for non-sticking. Even with plenty of oil or butter fried eggs consistently stick to the bottom and are hard to remove intact. It works much better for scrambled eggs.

I contacted the seller and am waiting for a reply. The issue I am having is that the lids get water in the stainless-steel rim then it won't come out. The water that gets trapped is from cooking, washing and starts to smell bad. The pans are not as non-stick as I expected. They are very pretty and clean up well though, so that is a plus. I hope they can come up with a solution to the problem. I will update my review once I receive a response. *Just wanted to add an Update that the seller has good customer service and replied promptly . The issue with my pan lids was resolved by sending me a credit in order for me to purchase a replacement lid or lids. I have purchased a total of 4 pans from them and I was happy mostly except for that problem.

Must be assembled. Screws or bolts for handle not provided. Screw that was included to attach lid knob is too large. Frustrating as the product appears to be of decent quality. Not worth the cost of shipping to return. Unless you have a well-stocked tool box with an expansive hardware assortment, give this pan a pass.

Love this little workhorse！It’s the perfect hybrid-sears beautifully like stainless steel but stays non-stick.Finding an 8 inch pan with a lid is a rare bonus.It feels heavy duty, heats evenly on induction, and cleans up in seconds. Just stick to medium heat and it works like a charm!
