Unfortunately, there were many things wrong. When we received our set. I’m missing one back pillow for the couch. There are many areas where the weaving is undone as you can see in the photo, I have one of the main braces broken, and I can’t use the coffee table because the screw holes don’t line up Although this set is a very nice-looking set. I’m very disappointed with what I received. I will say despite the issues that I had initially, the company was quick to respond and take care of the problems. I will definitely will not hesitate to purchase from them again in the future. This company does care about your satisfaction and making things right in a timely manner if need be. Thank you for that!

Great looking patio set. Sturdy and great value. Assembling wasn't the easiest. Several of the screws had to be done via the provided hex wrench vs a cordless drill based on where they were located. Also, open ALL of the boxes before putting it together - made the mistake of not doing so and ended up using the footrest tops as the swivel chair seats until we discovered our error. Other than that, very please with our purchase.

Your guests will comment on how pretty this patio furniture is, but don't let them get too close. It's cheap cheap cheap! After just a few gentle uses, both of our swivel chairs now rock like bobblehead dolls. Both swivel plates are sprung. The rocking function of these swivel chairs is not an engineered design, rather just a back and forth stressing of the support frame. The fatigued metal from rocking will eventually fail. If you buy this set you will realize it was definitely made for smaller the average size people. If you are a realtor buy this set for staging. Don't buy this set for actual use. You will be disappointed. Gave it three stars for looks only.

Simply fantastic!-- Sturdy, solid, strong. My husband and his buddy put these 6 pieces together -- Took all day, like 150 screws! But they got it done. The ottomans are solid too! sittable. Cushions are 3-4 inches but thick Love this set. Best for the money!

Exactly what I wanted. Love this set, 2 swivel chairs and ottomans, Couch and coffee table. Took some time to get the 3rd box. But it is a comfortable set. Patience is needed for assembly but once you get the hang of it, it goes faster.

Please buyer beware. I bought this furniture set and it was defective. The ball bearings just would fall out everytime you sat in the chairs or moved it by hand. We sat in the chairs and it fell back and we hit our head on the brick patio, cutting open our head and went to the hospital. They are unsafe and the seller doesn't even want to fix the issue with replacements, offered a low refund for me to buy parts and then will only give you part of that refund. Poor customer service This is a scam and I am now going to file a personal injury a to z claim as my head was cut open due to their furniture failure. Amazon needs to take them off amazon for violating amazon seller's policies and fraud against buyers. I thought will the other positive reviews it was good furniture but it is not, so please beware of this furniture and the service or lack of that you will receive.
