I needed some nonstick pans, saw this set at a great price, and ordered. I was especially drawn to the etched nonstick surface, which is harder to scratch than regular nonstick. These are very high quality pans, well made, strong and sturdy, and they heat quickly and evenly. They are easy to clean. They are very nonstick, with one exception. I really like these pans, but "delicate" food requires more oil than I would normally use, or it sticks to the etched surface--which is not nonstick, apparently. Perhaps if it were to be cooked longer, it would release, but I had a mixture of egg and small flat pasta that stuck like blue blazes. It cleaned off easily, but that network of metal over the nonstick sure grabbed onto the delicate food--which I did not want overcooked. But I absolutely love it for "regular" use. I recommend this set wholeheartedly, with that one caveat. This set would also make a great gift for any occasion.

These pans are quite nice for the price. The nonstick works well and heat distribution is good. I did have to knock a couple stars off, as the description is deceptive. These pans are listed as 5-layer construction including copper, but there is definitely no visible copper layer in the construction. That said, these are still quite nice. I was a bit surprised to find the etched nonstick design on the exterior also. It’s a nice touch, making cleanup easier, but a bit odd. The handles do screw on, so they aren’t riveted, but they are comfortable and the pans feel substantial. I’m quite happy with these pans. If they had a copper layer as advertised I would’ve easily given them a 5 star review.

● Food sticks ● Out of the box, there is a hairline crack on the medium size pan handle.. (SMH) I only want a replacement handle but there is no way to get in contact with the seller. Amazon only gives me the "return" option. ● It seems they polish the pan THEN friction weld the studs for the handle which left a mess and manufacturing didn't clean up the slack. ● The pattern material seems nice, build is decent the description is accurate.

Great pans that are versatile and nonstick. You can put them in the oven as well, which is a plus. Comes in different sizes to meet your needs. Definitely comparable to higher-end/pricier nonstick pans. I've had no issues with these and it's been a few months. Dishwasher safe which is great as well. I normally hand wash with a nonabrasive sponge though but have tossed in the dishwasher a few times.

These are surprisingly good pans. I also own a set of Hexclad and got these to test and see how they compare. I was pleasantly surprised. I was able to caramelize sugar without it sticking and they still washed off quick and easy.

I saw these and had to give them a try, they look and feel like the more expensive brand of pans. I cooked in them and I am in love with these pots. They cook evenly, they hold heat well, they don’t take long to get hot, they are non stick, easy to clean. These are some excellent quality pots, quality materials were used in making these, very durable and sturdy.

I’ve been using the Cyder 6-Piece Frying Pan Set for a few months now, and I’m thoroughly impressed! The 8, 10, and 12-inch pans offer great versatility, and their hybrid nonstick stainless steel design is excellent once you understand it. Out of the box, they need some patience—seasoning is essential. But with regular use and proper care, the nonstick properties improve significantly, making cooking and cleaning a breeze. The stainless steel is durable, heats evenly, and gives a beautiful sear without sticking. These pans are now my go-to for everything from delicate eggs to searing steaks.
