I didn't open the box until 3 days after the return window. Could not get refund or replacement. USB charging hole didn't line up but I was eventually able to plug it in. No power, nothing. The instructions were ludicrous indicating buttons that were non-existent. This is a complete waste of money and Amazon states there is no customer support available.

The incubator kept shutting off and back on ..it was defective and cause 6 incubated eggs to not hatch.😔😞. So I Lost 6 incubated eggs due to a faulty incubator .

You get what you pay for folks. I ordered this knowing it was the cheapest one, but hoping it would work and I placed six fertile eggs in it and did exactly what the manual said to do, and I noticed the temperature fluctuates up and down by several degrees which I figured it was programmed to do, but obviously not. Our chickens just naturally hatched some of the same eggs so I know they're fertile ( we have a very attentive rooster...) Yes, it takes a biological male and female to produce offspring, contrary to what you might've heard on CNN... spend a few dollars more and get something better if you want baby chicks. 🤷🏽♂️

I was so disappointed when this arrived. I’m not sure if I received a used/returned item but the incubator was scratched and greasy. Pieces were broken and the screen was falling off the incubator.

This incubator is poorly made and does not work. The light that I think indicates it is on and the USB-C receptacle barely line up with the openings in the plastic shell, making it very difficult to plug in the charging cord. When I did get it plugged in, it didn't work. I tried using different charging cords, USB electrical outlet adapters, and electrical outlets. Nothing worked. The instructions did not help one bit. There was lots of information written in Chinese, and very little in English. None of it addressed any of my problems. I do not recommend this product.
