I loved this sauna. It was relatively easy to set up. It took a while figuring out just how to fit the fabric into the frame. I used it for two days and then on the 3rd day, instead of steam coming out of the steam engine, I got hot water spewing into the sauna. This was not good since I was in the sauna at the time. I avoided the hot water splashing onto me, got out of the sauna and turned off the machine. I let everything cool down and tried it again, with the same result. This time I was not in the sauna. I sent it back today and fitting it back into the box it came in was a real chore.

The media could not be loaded. I love this steam sauna! It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to heat up, but once it’s ready, it delivers a ton of steam and holds heat beautifully for long sessions. You can even add aromatics to the steam dispenser, which makes the experience feel extra relaxing. The packaging was clean—no chemical smells—and it was super easy to open and figure out. I picked this one mainly because of the price (around $60!) and the pictures, and I’m so glad I did. The bigger water tank means better steam and longer stays. Setup was easy on my own, though I’d definitely recommend assembling it in the spot you plan to use it. It moves, but the circular shape isn’t hallway-friendly—lesson learned. It’s just the right size for me (5’2”) and my partner (5’11”) to sit together comfortably. The chairs fit well and are surprisingly nice. Only caution: the steam dispenser inside can burn your feet if you’re not careful, so watch your step. And go easy on the zippers—they feel a bit delicate. If you take care of it, this sauna is absolutely worth it and should last through lots of uses.

One of my favorite things about going to spas is the steam saunas. However because life, I don't get to visit often. Having a steam sauna in my home has been wonderful. I throw some essential oils in there and and transported to a relaxed and peaceful place instantly. It's well made, has great functions and heat levels. I put my own stool in there as it didn't come with one. Easy assembly and it cleans easily and is not too bulky to leave up and out of the way. I love my steam sauna. ❤️

We have only one problem, the support connections. After a few months of use, the plastic pole connector fittings have become brittle and are broken easily. Very happy with the whole package except for being unable to contact the manufacturer for extra fitting party. Please contact us if we are missing how to get accessories. Would otherwise be a five star.
