I normally don't leave bad reviews. Typically as long as the dealer or manufacturer will work with me I understand things happen. In this case this chainsaw directly out of the box would not run properly. The chain would not stay on at all. I have operated many chainsaws through the years and thought I would go with a lower end one for a little bit of very light brush cutting around my house. After failing within a few minutes I attempted to make a return but it says this is non-returnable and I could not get through to the manufacturer. I would recommend putting your money into a reputable company and pay attention to such a small number of reviews. The rating on this at the time of this review was 4.2 which I think is fair but my assumption is this rating will significantly drop in time as customer see that it is really a very poor product.

My husband was super excited to get this! He has been wanting one for a while now so he can cut wood for our fire pit. I found this one and surprised him. He said they didn’t forget anything with this…it came with a gas jug, tools and even a pair of gloves. He likes the size and says it’s not extremely heavy. This was a great value and I recommend it!

This 20 inch 2- cycle gas powered chainsaw is low kickback, anti vibration protective design, and lightweight. It's portable, easy to control, and durable. I appreciate it's plenty of power and simple assembly process. Definitely worth the price.

Cheap casing/ housing and parts. If you want to purchase a chainsaw don’t make the mistake I did. Should have paid more and purchased a huskavarna … I have not used this chainsaw but when I opened the box and handheld the housing with the motor… it clearly is cheaper plastic housing and so are the parts to assemble it. And you cannot return it even though it’s not been used and everything is still in its original packaging. Unfortunately I’ll have to assume the dissatisfaction of this item. The reviews are good and it has 4&1/2 star rating but that is very inaccurate as I know quality from cheap brands. This is not quality
