The tiller arrived with bolts missing, chipped paint and rust in some areas. The seller rectified these issues without replacing the unit with my approval. On the second startup, the pull-start/crank failed, but a new one is on its way! Some might give a lower rating, but I am keenly aware that I purchased a VERY low-priced unit, and I take ownership of that choice! Time will tell, as I use it more, but for now I want to be fair, and 3 stars seems like the right rating... for now. In time, if this unit works well, I will RAISE my rating! The correct part has arrived (after a wrong part came) and installed without issue. The tiller started right up and seems to work very well. I have raised my rating to 5 stars, that is ONLY due to the fact that Arraige stepped up! Yes, there were issues with a wrong part, but having worked for 50 years in the automotive industry, I appreciate the global issues that contributed to that. They MADE IT RIGHT! This is a very inexpensive mini tiller! MINUS the initial issues when it arrived, the support team performed better than most and EARNED my 5-Star rating!
