Fan blades are real wood and very attractive. The motor has a very quiet operation at 6 levels of forward and reverse operation. The led lighting is nice with three different levels of brightness. The assembly is a bit challenging to get the control unit and wiring nicely put together for the cover to go on. With a little head scratching on my part, it did result in a nice clean installation. Remotes look a bit cheesy but the does the job just fine. Very pleased with the two fan/light assemblies that I recently installed.

08/04/2024 - I am embarassed to say that I INSTALLED THE BLADES WRONG. I recieved a very kind email in response to my revew below offering me a refund, but also a request to check the blade installation. When I read "This side up" on the fan blades I thought it meant this side up during installation. It meant that the final installation should have the blades that side up. The customer service people were absolutely correct. After reinstalling the fan blades, the fan works fabulously. great air movement and very quiet. Very impressed with how kindly they treated this goof! You get what you pay for! First, I thought the light would dim, but it does not. It has 3 light settings, cool white, daylight and off white. But you still can't dim the light Next, there is no difference in the amount of air this fan moves between 1 and 6. At first I thought maybe I had the settings wrong and maybe I had it reversed, but no, not according to the pictures. There is no pitch in the blades so it does not move the air. On 6 it was less air then the lowest settings for my other fans. do not buy this fan if you want it to be useful. Pretty, yes. functional, no

Fan looks just as advertised. We are very pleased with the aesthetic. Assembly is not difficult. One warning on assembly is to be careful when screwing down the fasteners for the blades. The wood is very soft and you can sink the fasteners into the wood which would create imbalance when it operates. Light doesn’t dim which everyone reports now but I was positive it said dimming when I purchased. Ceiling install is great with the harness and push connects. Very quiet and speed selection is fantastic. The remote is large and most functions are not rational. For the price and unique design we are pleased.

I have 2 of these. They look great, they go together easily, but one of them has an issue that is likely an easy single part replacement fix. . .if there were a way to contact the seller. Do I really have to go through the entire Amazon exchange program where they ship a whole new unit and I ship one back, just because I may need a single part? One of the two fans spins substantially too slow, even when on high. If I swap the black controller box, the problem moves to the other fan. Whichever fan has the one particular controller doesn't run faster than what I would estimate isspeed #2 of 6. The fan with the other box spins 3 times that speed (i.e. normal speed). I likely only need the small black controller and I'll be good to go with good looking and functioning fans. BUT, how do I get a hold of the seller and get a new part? Until then, 1 star for broken items with no simple resolution.

We have gone through several fans in our bedroom that either became noisy or just quit working. We are happy with this one. It is quiet and so far is not noisy. Puts out a good amount of air depending on the speed. The remote has q6 speeds, timer reverse and light. Very pleased with this fan's performance and looks great.

The fan itself is very stylish and the 6 fan speeds are awesome but the installation is harder than it looks. I've installed hundreds of fans but this one has a few flaws. First off (which is a biggie) the light does not dim! It's either on or off. This is mind boggling considering there's 3 choices of light types (white, soft white, brilliant white). There's a multitude of fan options/speeds even a security feature that turns the light on/off intermittent to deter burglars. Who makes a fan with a remote that does not have a dim option? OK, let's get to installation. When the ceiling bracket (that holds the fan) is installed flush with the ceiling, you'll find the top deep cover that covers; the bracket, remote receiver and wires will not attach to the bracket because the screws supplied are not long enough to attach them both together. You will need to buy 2 longer screws (M4 x 25 .70 pitch) The third fan (I bought 3) I installed was a struggle as the ceiling bracket did not fit the standard electrical box in the ceiling. I ended up having to drill a hole through the hanging bracket in order to make the screws line up. Wiring is pretty simple as you are supplied with a 3 wire harness for the house supply and the fan itself have push connectors into the receiver. Plug and Play. Would I buy more? I don't think I will. The non dimming light is a deal breaker for me.

Like ease of installation, parts included everything needed and quality of wooden blades and fan components. Included 5, 10 and 18 inch downrods. Plan ahead when you wire to provide sufficient space for the receiver inside the mounting bracket. This fan exceeded my expectations for quality, look and functionality.
