This is a great fan for the money. I have only had it installed for a few days, but my wife and I are very pleased with it's operation. Very quiet functionality. Assembling and hanging the fan is a pretty involved project if you are someone who is not familiar with using basic tools and reading a schematic. I'm an electrician by trade, so this was fairly simple. The instructions are well written, and if you follow them step by step you'll be fine. Love the remote, the light can be adjusted via the remote for brightness and intensity. Fan speeds are 1-6 and this really moves air well.

This fan is easy to install and once installed quiet and efficient. When I 1st installed it and put the paper back to it, the fan did not work. After checking all my connections and troubleshooting from the manual, I had to reach out to the company via Amazon as it seems as though I got a defective receiver/transmitter thingy (the box all the wires connect into). I reached out to the seller and was not anticipating to get a response until the following week due to the next day was a holiday that fell on a Friday. I had a response within hours! Upon communicating with the seller about the issue, they shipped me an entire new fan and it arrived Monday! I swapped out the receiver/transmitter thingy and the fan works like a dream! It's quite, I don't go over 3 so I really can't review the higher speeds. The flow of the air is great. The remote works as it should (wish it was a different color other than white). The light is bright when used on full brightness. Would highly recommend!!

Very nice ceiling fan. It was not as easy to install as others due to all the pieces and space but not too bad. The fan itself it really nice. You don't have to go up several wires with wire nuts, just 3. The others all plug into a box. The features are quite nice. There's 3 modes of light settings. Warm, daylight white, and one in between. You can din it, although I wish it was able to dim a little more. There's a timer setting, 1, 3, and 6 hours if I remember correctly. The fan is where it's at. There's 6 speed modes. 1 is decent, 6 is like a hurricane. Really really nice. The light is bright and looks good. The remote can be attached to the wall and slides out of the holder to move it around. This is a great unit and well worth the money. Oh, 1 thing i forgot to mention was out the box mine was not unbalanced, there was no need for the weights.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Fan is very well designed. Installation was very simple but takes about 45 minutes. Its well designed and much easier than other fans I've installed. Great product. Bought multiple for installing in tenant units.
