Very nice fan. Very easy install except the LED light connection is VERY tight. I suggest wrapping the light in a thin towel to reduce the chance of scratching it while you're trying to plug in the very short cable. The plastic trim ring that goes over the mounting plate doesn't match the brushed nickel. Would be better if it matched the body or in fact just came in white. The light cover is a light plastic but installed it looks fine. I wish the blades had rounded corners but this is very minor. As another user commented, attach the 120V power cable first, then attach it to the motor controller. The mounting plate is very sturdy as is the hook to hold up the motor while attaching the wires. The fan screws don't all thread easily into the plastic. I had 2 that took effort to screw in tightly while others I could hand tighten up to touching the blade. The blades are balanced nicely and the fan is quiet. UPDATE after 2 weeks of use: The fan is very quiet and moves a lot of air. So much so that for me, fan speed #1 is a little too fast for my liking. Had it been 1/2 the speed that it is I'd be really much happier.

Not even 2 years old and it broke. Had to pay for an electrician to come out to tell me that the receiver is broken. No wurzee customer service number to order a new one. Amazon customer service refunded my money. Now I have to buy a new fan, and then pay the electrician to take down the wurzee and install a new one. Waste of money. Don't bother.

BUY THIS FAN! I've installed a bunch of ceiling fans and always dread it. Installation always seems to involve fumbling around with my arms above my head, trying to get a screw started that I can't see, holding a heavy base, dropping screws, etc. The lights are never that great. Sometimes they have a weird hum. You never really know what you're getting. This one surprised me! It's an all around great purchase for a really good price. Installation It couldn't have been easier to install and didn't require any balancing. There's no wobble at all. The design didn't require any on-ladder contortion, and I only dropped one screw once. Everything also plugs together with connectors so I only had to deal with 2 wire nuts. It's pretty slick. Sound Unlike other fans I own, it doesn't seem to make any detectable hum or noise. I'm not sure if that's my ears or if it's just quieter than my laptop. Brightness I'm one of these people who likes bright lights in rooms, and I absolutely loathe the ridiculously dim light kits on most ceiling fans. So many make a whopping 800-1200 lumens. This one is reasonably bright, brighter than the others I own. I do wish it was a little bit brighter, but it's perfect for my needs with my additional floor lamp. I've got it in a 15'x15' bedroom/home office, and it's great. Light Temperature I wondered how to switch between light temperatures. It's kind of neat. If you just toggle the power quickly it will cycle through the temperatures - warm white, medium, and sunlight. Cycling the power slower, as you would when you just come in and out of a room, does not switch the setting. Remote The remote is nice. You can reverse the fan right from the remote rather than having to flip a switch on the fan itself. The fan has 6 speed settings, and the lights are dimmable. There's also a timer which I haven't tried and probably won't use. Nits: The only thing I didn't like about this fan is the wall anchors that came with it for mounting the remote control holder to the wall. The screws aren't any where near big enough to expand the anchors and if you use a 1/4" drill bit, the anchors are too loose in the drywall. You would probably want something 1/64" to 1/32" smaller (which few people have) and then the screws would still pull out too easily. I got around this by peeling the rubber off the twisty tie holding the light wires in the back of the fan and using it to make the anchors tighter in the drywall and used little bits of it to make the screws tighter in the anchors. It's not perfect but will be fine until someone bumps something into it or grabs it too hard. You would probably be better off forgoing the screws all together and just using a command strip to stick the base to the wall. I already had 2 1/4" holes and had committed at that point. In summary, if you like the appearance of this fan in the picture, buy it! It seems like a great fan at a more than reasonable price.

Can't really say anything bad about this fan. I've installed 3 of them in my home so far and they're fantastic. Very quiet, the light output is great, the ability to change the color temperature is awesome as well as the ability to reverse the fan from the remote without having to go up on a ladder and flip a switch is a great touch. The fan blades feel a little cheap (not real wood), but they move a lot of air and are solid. No need to balance anything, no wobbling. I don't really have anything bad to say about them so far, hope they work for a long time. Edit, bought a 4th and will probably buy a 5th to completely replace all my home's current fans with these, since I love the features and the quietness of these fans.

I originally wrote the review below in April 2025, after it was posted the company reached out to me and was concerned that I was dissatisfied with the fan and offered send a free replacement, I received the new fan 4 days later, so 5 ⭐️ for customer service!! I finally installed it on 5-10-25 and the new fan works perfectly. I must note that the overall appearance of the new fan is identical to the original but the remote and receiving unit (which I believe was the problem with the original) is not the same that came with the original, whether or not that’s an indication of a problem with the original design I can’t say. In any case I’m happy with the new fan and extremely pleased with their customer support!! So if you’re thinking of purchasing I’m sure you’ll be satisfied, especially if you install it in a timely manner (within the return window) the company stood behind their product even though I was beyond time limit!! RERATED A STRONG BUY! ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW WHICH I UPDATED ABOVE! Wish there was a way to give no stars. So I purchased this fan October 2024 but didn’t get around to installing until April 2025 because I was painting my house and wanted to wait until that was completed. The style of the fan is modern and looks good with the updated paint. The directions and installation were straightforward and easy. Unfortunately after installing and pairing the remote, the fan and light only work randomly. Sometimes the remote doesn’t work at all other times there seems to be a delay. Not sure if it’s the remote or the receiver but in either case this thing is useless if you can’t get it to work when you need it! I’d return it but I’m well beyond the time limit for that. GARBAGE DO NOT BUY!
