I have used this a few times now and I am genuinely impressed. It does what it is supposed to do, and it does it well. It starts up easily, runs smoothly, and turns a pile of branches and twigs into a much smaller pile of chips pretty quickly. For regular yard cleanup, it has been a huge time-saver. The collection bin is also more useful than I expected. It keeps the mess contained, and dumping it out is simple. The wheels make it easy to roll around the yard and store when I am done. One small thing to know before buying: if you have thicker or awkwardly shaped branches, you will probably need to trim them down a bit so they fit into the opening. I am attaching pictures so you can see the opening size clearly. I had one huge branch. I trimmed it to insert into the opening, and it worked well. Overall, I am very happy with it and would buy it again.

Wow! For the price I wasn't expecting it to work this well. Simple to assemble. Relatively small, makes it easy to store. It chips very well. When branches get to the maximum it tends to lug a bit and it may pop the thermal breaker. It needs relatively straight branches on larger diameter branches. If the side branches are small it will just pull them right in. For smaller branches (3/4" or less) It pulls them right in and chips them very small. It looks like it is designed so the blades can be removed for sharpening when that is needed.

Super sturdy and powerful enough to mulch small branches that I have to cut about 2 times every year. When something gets stuck it's easy to turn the knob, open the top part, and remove it. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to maintain their property clean.

Update: maybe I just got a bad one. The seller's responsiveness and willingness to correct the issue was fantastic. So because of their support in correcting the issue I changed my rating. Original issue: I got this to get rid of twigs in my yard. Unfortunately, it stops part way and doesn't grind the small twigs without pushing it in multiple times. In order to return it, I have to pay to ship it back to the seller which would cost more than what I paid.

The long snow season in New York has finally passed, and it's time to clean up weeds and branches in the backyard. I tried it out, and the machine is very powerful with a fast crushing speed. Although it is a bit loud, it definitely solves the problem of disposing of branches. The tray below can collect all the debris, which can be simply poured into a garbage bag. The machine is very easy to use and has wheels for easy mobility. Very satisfied.

Very easy to assemble and operate. It's not quite as easy as the video makes it look but I am very satisfied. Wear the safety goggles that are included. Once in a while a piece will fly out.
