This is hands down the best chair I have ever had. I want to get a cover for it so I’m not sitting on the leather, but otherwise.. I love this chair. This thing gets me all around my house. From working to cleaning to cooking, it fits through all of my door ways. The wheels allow for quick movements. It was so easy to put together. I prefer a more firm lean in my chair, and I need heavy lumbar support. This one does that for me, the pump stays inflated and provides the pressure I need to make it through the day. There is no pair when I need to get up. What I love most about this chair, is that it is also meant for tall people. I’m 6’1” and it’s perfect. It is so strong, and comfortable. I’m diabetic so most chairs make my legs swell after being in them for only an hour, this one takes 5-6 hours to reach that same point. I love it. Great buy, would buy again if I needed a second office chair.

This is a very comfortable chair! I love the adjustable lumbar support. Very soft and durable. The arm rests are just a bit high and that might be an issue for some, but for me, it's fine. I'm 6 ft 1 in and 200 lbs. I'm happy with this chair. I really like that the arms can be stowed out of the way which is great when I am playing guitar. I recommend this chair. I bought it - wish they would have gifted it, but no, I purchased it.

I just got and assembled this chair TODAY, so this is a PRELIMINARY review - I am giving it 5-STARS. I'm definitely a BIG AND TALL guy - 6'6", 350 lbs - and this seems like a proper Big & Tall chair. The seat is wide and unusually deep (my thighs love it). The cushioning is GREAT. The rubber rollers are far superior to the hard plastic on previous chairs I've owned - I have a glass chair mat and this thing just glides effortlessly across it. Assembly was pretty quick and easy - once I finally stumbled across the assembly instructions that inexplicably have a BLACK front/back that blends-in with the black seat cushion it is packaged with in translucent plastic. The only possible downside I see so far is I'm not completely sold on the armrests - they're very nicely padded, but they're not adjustable height, you can only choose between having them folded-up out of the way vs. folded-down in one position.

I ordered this chair to replace my old, uncomfortable office chair. I found it easy to put together, for the most part. The instructions were clear and I only had trouble aligning the back of the chair with the bolt holes, but now that it is together it feels rock solid. Well worth the few minutes it took to get it right. I put it together myself without help, and didn't need any special tools. Only the tools that were provided. There were also a few extra bolts included, which would have been really helpful if I had lost one, or if any were missing, but all were accounted for. The chair rolls really well and has special wheels that won't damage the floor, which means I don't need to struggle with a plastic mat. It's easy to adjust up and down, and I love the air support feature, it's easy to adjust whenever I want extra firmness against my lower back. I also love the rocking feature, and that you can stabilize it if you don't want it to rock. I have also found myself really grateful for the padded arm rests while sitting at my desk reading on the computer for long periods of time. It's also very quiet and rolls easily. I'm very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend this chair to anyone.

This chair is comfortable to sit in for long periods of time. The lumbar support feature is amazing. It literally comes out like 3 or 4 inches towards toe back when you pump it. At least it feels that way. I gave it 4 stars because it's a little creaky and makes a little noise when moving on it. All in all, it is a great chair, and I'd recommend it for anyone larger than average needing extra room. The arms lift up and away and there is nothing pushing on your thighs. It's a great chair. The wheels are strong and easy to glide on. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Finally, a quiet and fast-rolling desk chair that supports the back and sit bone pressure points. It sits level and doesn't slant forward. I feel supported, and the chair raises high enough that I don't feel as if I am on the ground! I am pain free in this chair and it feels very sturdy compared to other brands. It has a sleek appearance and I love how the arms raise up for storing under the desk. Great find. I asked our maintenance department to assemble it, and they said it was very easy, especially with the video! The only thing I'd change is the length of the arm rests. They are pretty short and sit well behind my elbows. If you have very long arms, this may be uncomfortable. Nice to have something that can be wiped off if any thing spills on the material, too.

The chair is comfortable I will give it that - but the Adjustable Lumbar Support doesn't work so I have a pillow on the back side of it. I'm 5'9" and I would have needed it anyways because the seat length is bigger than I thought it would be so if I sat all the way back on the chair, my legs would be straight out in front of me vs. being bent at the knee. The appearance of the chair is nice, the wheels slide very easily across the floor (no chair mat needed) and I do like the flip up armrests. Overall, the chair will serve it's purpose for me as I work long days and it IS comfortable - just that if I had tried this chair in store in person, I would most likely not have purchased it.

So far so good with this chair...after shopping for an office chair that would fit my 400lb son was a challenge. With this chair there are no side restrictions which most office chairs have that hard plastic side piece for the arms.. This chair has arms but they lift up and out of the way giving more room in the seat area. And lay at the perfect height. My son is 6' and is now comfortable in something it took months to find. It doesn't come with a lot of bells or whistles like most office chairs but it does come with a little pump to adjust the lumbar and the chair does recline some and very roomy seat as his problem was the leg and hip restriction for being a heavy guy. I give this chair 5 stars because seeing all the other chairs we tried this one exceeds in comfort.
