Features

  • 5000W Commercial Induction Cooktop for Restaurant Kitchens Built as a heavy-duty countertop induction burner for restaurants, cafeterias, hotel kitchens, catering prep lines, and food service counters. This 190V-275V commercial electric stove works as an induction hot plate for stir-frying, boiling, simmering, sauce cooking, and large-batch food prep.
  • Non-Pulse Low-Power Continuous Heating for Stable Results Designed to reduce frequent on-off cycling at lower settings, this commercial induction cooker provides steadier heat for warming sauces, simmering soups, melting butter, holding broth, and keeping prepared food warm. It helps maintain more consistent cooking performance during long prep, buffet service, and catering tasks.
  • 9.25-Inch Large Coil for Better Pan Coverage The large induction coil helps heat more of the cookware base for even, efficient cooking with stock pots, frying pans, sauce pans, and large flat-bottom cookware. For best performance, use induction-ready magnetic cookware such as cast iron, magnetic stainless steel, or enameled iron. Cookware with a base much smaller than the 9.25-inch heating area may not reach full power.
  • 20 Power Settings, Wide Temp Control & 18H Timer Adjust output from 400W to 5000W and temperature from 140F/60C to 500F/260C for stir-frying, boiling, simmering, warming, and holding. The 360 control knob allows quick adjustments, while the 18-hour timer supports long cooking, buffet service, catering prep, and commercial kitchen tasks.
  • Durable Stainless Steel Body & Easy Cleaning This commercial countertop induction cooktop features a thickened stainless steel body, black crystal glass surface, dual cooling fans, and stable feet for daily kitchen use. With no open flame or exposed heating element, the smooth surface is easier to wipe clean after cooking.

  • Super awesome flat-top induction cooker! 5000 watts of unadulterated heating power!
Style: 5000W/208V
This is just a short placeholder review. Apologies for the crudeness. I'll polish it up later. Please ask questions if there are any concerns or curiosities. Thank you rating this helpful, if it is for you. I love this induction cooker! Our whole family have no issues using it. It boils water super fast, compared to 1800 watt models. If one wants restaurant quality grilling, sautéing, or searing, this is definitely a way to go. I highly recommend this for anyone that has or is willing to install a 220 volt 30 amp circuit. (I also purchased a 5000 watt wok cooker.) It's not without faults or quirks however. This unit does emit a strong chemical (cancerous?) smell whenever operating. The timer function is unrefined, and the feet are metallic and slippery. But for what it does, those quirks are minor issues. Pros: 1. 5000 watts! What more needs to be said? It's powerful! 2. Easy to use! 3. 20 power settings between 400 to 5000 watts: 400, 600, 800, 1000, 1200, 1400, 1600, 1800, 2000, 2200, 2400, 2600, 2800, 3000, 3300, 3600, 3900, 4200, 4500, & 5000. 4. Many temperature settings are available as well, though I haven't used them at all. 5. Timer settings adjustable between 1 minute to 3 hours. 6. Unit was well packed for shipping and arrived in excellent condition. Cons: 1. The spinning dial is not totally responsive. If one spins it too fast, it doesn't work properly. It needs to be spun medium speed (or slowly) to register each click (to change power or countdown timer settings). 2. The metallic feet are sturdy and strong. But they are slippery on other smooth surfaces. 3. The countdown timer function is a bit clunky. If one hits the timer button (even accidentally), it ALWAYS cancels the timer, or resets back to 10 minutes. Hitting the timer button should only toggle it to timer ADJUST mode rather than what it does now. 4. There's a strong smell of 'cancer' when the unit is new. Proper ventilation is highly recommended whenever this cooktop is in use, especially in the first year. (The heated electronics emit a strong cancerous-plasticky odor when it's in use.) Other: It is 'Made in China'. Instructions are a bit sparse. But there's not much to it as it's pretty easy to use. Unit is a bit tall. We're considering purchasing a step stool so it's easier to cook with this. It requires a NEMA 6-20R receptacle (power outlet), which provides 220-240 volts, 20 Amps. When the unit is off, there's a red LED that's always blinking. When first powered on, unit defaults to 2000 watts of cooking power. The spinning knob is a little bit jiggly. ... show more

  • Glass top cracked
Style: 5000W/208V
We have used this product just under a year. The glass top on the heating element randomly crack and shattered one day. We did not have any pot or pan on top of the unit when it happened.

  • Excellent, powerful, some tips on the lower heat levels
Style: 5000W/208V
I like the fast heat up time, no doubt, this is super-powerful. I like the solid feel of the machine, the twin fans, the large space underneath the machine and behind it so it can breathe and cool itself well. Top marks. So far, no issues with my high voltage in the apartment. I get 245 and even a little higher, which has blown up a couple of machines already, but this one seems like it can handle it, and the manufacturer says it can. So that's a big relief. I like the fact it has low settings to keep warm and to simmer. So often induction cookers can't to that well at all. BUT, you cannot go by the numbers on the machine to know the temperature in the pot itself at all. You have to experiment. If I put half an inch of water in a 10 inch skillet and set it at 60 temperature setting, I will get 165. If I add another half and inch of water, now I will get150. 150 for me is fine and it appears to hold to 150 ok, doesn't wander all over the place. This machine puts out a certain amount of energy for each setting on the dial, and your resulting temperature will depend on the pot, how much is in it, and possibly other factors, but it does not appear to sense the pot's temperature and then adjust its own power to maintain a certain actual temperature, though it does appear able to set its own power output stably, and that's good enough for me, since I use the same pots and amounts of food over and over, so I get used to it. It doesn't pulse high and low, just seems to put out a given energy constantly, and this is excellen compared to the up and down of the usual induction burner. I'd give the machine very high marks, and feel it will save me lots of time in cooking plus give me a better overall result. It is a bigger machine than usual, so you should measure your space. It's also higher than usual, so that may be something to consider. But if you can handle these things, this machine is worth the money and the bulk. One little niggle, the feet are metal and very polished smooth on the bottom so they don't scratch tables, etc. However, they can slide around a bit. I used some thin rubber padding, 4 little squares of it, one under each leg to help keep it from moving. Most machines have rubber feet, this one has solid metal, in other words, so it's probably aimed at commercial kitchens. It's worth working these things out to get this high level of performance. They have automatic one-year warranty, but I did not get any card or information about the warranty, who to call, or what to do should trouble arise after the Amazon 30 day returns. Maybe they can comment please on that? Bob Luhrs ... show more

  • Makes brew day shorter
Style: 5000W/208V
I purchased Abangdun Commercial Induction Cooktop in 2023 for making beer in my kitchen. This induction cooktop can deliver more than twice the power than my electric stove. The 5000 watt power setting quickly boils 5 to 10 gallons of water for dechlorinating and sanitizing. At full power, a full 10 gallon Ss BrewTech kettle can be brought to a boil in just under an hour. At the 2200 watt setting, 7 gallons of wort is at a rolling boil. This is so much better and safer than using propane in a garage. The different power settings allow for reproducibility rather than manually adjusting a flame height with propane. What else do I use this cooktop for? By placing a 14 inch by 14 inch baking steel on top you can create a very powerful grill. I have found you can cook four corn tortillas at a time at the 1000 watt setting. At higher power settings you can sear steaks. At even higher settings the baking steel can be preheated to cook Neapolitan pizza. Please use an infrared thermometer to monitor temperature. A couple little things: I had to upgrade the power cord to match the receptacle for my existing electric stove. I wish there was a 2100 watt and an 1100 watt setting. I would like the cooling fan to stay on a bit longer than 2 minutes after shut down. Overall I am glad I purchased this induction hob. It is sturdily built and a good value for number of power levels. ... show more
