Got this to finally replace the backpack Ive been using for years as an Officer, and currently kicking myself for not doing so earlier. The bag has much more internal space than I pictured in my minds eye, plenty of room for my toughbook laptop, binder of notes, a decently sized box of chips (for those long shifts where Im not trying to spend all my money on fast food and gas stations), a couple extra water bottles, and still have a good 1/4 of the space left for whatever else I might stuff in there...and thats just in the first compartment! The particular way this bag is divided and organized took a few minutes to fully process from the years of using my old bag, but once I figured out how I wanted to make use of the various different chambers and compartments and dividers, it actually works rather sensibly. Everything has its place and is grouped with things my mind likes to group together...it just works. And yes, the bag does come with the TBL American flag patch, which is of actually a real nice PVC quality instead of cloth embroidery like most cheap patches. The stars on the union are even raised up to be felt. My only REAL issue I have with the bag is the odd 3 pronged straps along the top. Ive come to understand that I could make use of it by rolling up my hi-vis vests or a short duty jacket and then using the straps to secure it to the top, which is a really nice idea actually, but when not wanting to make use of the feature the straps just get in the way. I also completely removed and cut off the straps along the front since Im using this as a duty bag and not as a hiking bag or rucksack and they just looked goofy and got in the way of my gear when wearing the backpack. I also cut of some of the excessive extra on the straps along the bottom of the bag as again it looked a bit goofy. On a final cosmetic point, expect the bag to arrive "flat packed" and folded inside its shipping bag, and dont expect the many MANY creases in the bag to go away anytime soon unless you want to take it through a few wash and dry cycles maybe (have not done myself, so not sure how it would fare quality and construction wise after doing that) All in all, for the price it is amazing. Accept the fact that you do indeed want a "tacticool" looking bag for whatever reason, and just buy it already. I chose this over other options because I actually do make use of the molle and now my backpack is the only thing I have that lets me show off any neat patches Ive accrued over the years which are not at all authorized for me to wear on my uniform or uniform vest. Its cool. So buy it.

1 year mark: This bag is awesome! It has large enough compartments in it that you can store more than enough! I have rucked with this bag in the rain and through plenty of brush and it's held up very well! The material hasn't had any rips, however water can prove a slight problem sometimes. Most of my things have stayed dry during rain but if it's raining hard then you might run into some issues. The zippers have held up pretty well to everyday use and I haven't had any problems with them just yet. In terms of usability, it's very easy to use and overall very comfortable to use as well! I use this bag as my go bag, work bag, and everything else in between and it hasn't failed me yet. Edit as of June 19th 2026: Zipper has finally retired. I’ve owned this since July of 2024. For $33 this bag has exceeded every expectation I’ve had for it. I daily this bag for everything. Commuting, work, camping, general usage, and even airsoft. I routinely carry anywhere from 10 to roughly 30lbs, on occasion up to at most 60lbs of gear. It’s been soaked in rain, covered in mud, dried repeatedly, and even survived a gnarly scooter crash. Everything has held up nominally, no defects, deformations, rips or tears. The only failure is the zipper after 2 years of constant demanding usage. This bag lunches way above its weight class. 15/10 recommend this bag, definitely buying again.

Ok I wasn't expecting this sack to be so nice for real. This thing is actually really nice and I'm not joking. I have packs that are waayyy more expensive and this thing feels pretty good, stitching and zippers are legit and it has pockets and space galore as you can see in the pics. Now I just got it today and have not put it to use but just 1st impressions I'd definitely recommend this especially for the price. I'll update down the road after I put some miles on her in the world. Need a sack...don't wanna spend all your allowance....Grab this and Enjoy. High Five me when you're strutting on by.

Really impressed with this tactical backpack. The material feels strong and durable, and the stitching looks well done. It has plenty of compartments, which makes it easy to organize everything, and the MOLLE webbing is great for attaching extra gear. The bag is spacious but still comfortable to carry. The straps are padded and it works well for travel, hiking, or everyday use. Overall, a great backpack for the price. Would definitely recommend it. 👍

Great little backpack. Good quality for the money. Only two things I would change would be more/bigger velcro area to attach patches on it. Other thing would be there are way to many straps on it. I removed quite a few of them. I just didn’t need to be able to adjust the backpack 15 different ways.

Aside from a little incorrect webbing connection from the manufacturer which blocks access to the lower pocket (I'll tell you how to fix that in a bit), it's a fine bag. I'm a carpenter and I'm using it as a go to toolbag, so it's full of screws, nails, hammers, saws, chisels and all that other stuff that destroys every bag, regardless of price. I was told to try a military style molle pack by a friend because you can tighten them up with their numerous clips and buckles and severely reduce the movement of the objects inside, which is what causes the wear for me. Obviously the original intent is to present a lower profile and reduce noise for soldiers in the field, but in my case it's like tucking my tools tightly into bed. And it works. The nylon body is thick and tough, the webbing, clips and buckles seem perfectly adequate (until they don't, but time will tell), it's comfortable, has a great selection of compartments and pockets, although the inner pockets aren't great, but they work. And I'm overall very impressed. Okay, that webbing that covers the lower pocket. Just unbuckle the long strap from the bottom of the bag and pull it out of the webbing completely, then re-thread it through the webbing of the lower pocket only and re-buckle it. Now when it's unclipped it won't be in the way of that lower pocket. See in my pic if you're still unsure.
