Wife review*: This stainless steel garden hose is incredible. This is the very best hose I have ever owned (and I've owned a LOT of hoses in my 70+ years). I love how it’s lightweight and just slides easily on the ground as you walk and water your flowers. It never kinks or gets tangled. I keep it in a hose bucket and it’s so easy to store for the next time you use it. I will never buy any other type hose now... it’s just not like the other hoses that leak and are heavy. I promise if you purchase this hose you will not be sorry! [Husband's note: we got the 25' version initially, and it is just too short unless you have a very small area to water. We ended up buying two 100' hoses and have even found the occasion to connect the two! These are lightweight, so buy longer than you think you'll need... you'll be happy you did.] * My wife Pam reviews items for me where the appeal may be more towards women than men, or where she has more experience with an item than I have. The page says that 2 additional hose washers are included, but there were no additional hose washers in the package I got, just the hose. There's only one hose washer, which is already stuck into the hose end. There are no accessories or anything else included with this hose. I've used it alone and with a sprinkler attached, and there are no leaks right out of the box. It's very lightweight and coils very easily, but it feels firm even though it's not stiff. I was delighted that the whole thing fits into a 1-gallon slider zip bag, and I can zip the slider closed without stressing the closure. That makes it very handy for storage. Since it's still new, I can't attest as to how durable it will be over time with plenty of use, or how it will fare when there's crazy weather. I like this hose, and I do hope it lasts longer than one season. So far, so good, but I'll update if there are any issues that come up before they should. 4 stars from me!

This hose has been surprisingly solid. It’s light enough to drag around the yard without a struggle and doesn’t kink up or twist on itself like most rubber hoses I’ve used. The brass fittings are tough and make a snug connection, and so far no leaks or pressure drops. I wasn’t sure what to expect with the stainless steel, but it’s held up great and doesn’t snag or catch on things like I thought it might. Only downside is 25 feet runs out pretty quickly, so you might want to go longer depending on your setup. I'll be ordering another and putting them together. Still, it's a nice upgrade if you're tired of fighting with your old hose.

I needed a better hose to go from the hose bib on the studio, across a small stretch of grass and under the wall to inside our greenhouse. The rubber hose we had was functional, but it was sometimes awkward to move around while mowing the lawn or running the grass trimmer (rubber hoses tend to fall where they want to, not necessarily where they are intended). This one is surprisingly lighter than the rubber hose, and so flexible and cooperative! Plus I don't worry so much about inadvertently hitting it with trimmer line (of course I move it for the lawn mower). I don't know how long the inner rubber hose will last, it's thin walled, but it's so pleasant to work with that I wouldn't mind having to buy a replacement in a few years. Plus my water pressure isn't very high (pumped well water) and that should contribute to hose longevity. It's not a fire hose, the internal diameter is not large enough to allow high volume flow like filling a swimming pool, but it's plenty adequate for watering plants and running a pressure washer.

I'm admit, when I unboxed this hose I was doubtful it would work as well as my old standard one,the diameter is much smaller but once I installed it,I was very pleased with the amount of water that came through and it looks great. Especially hooked up to the vintage stainless sprinkler I use for the backyard. I'll have to get another for the front of the house now.

Great hose! I like how easily it coils up and it never kinks; I have no problems with leaking and so far it's been great and doesn't seem to get too hot in summer sun. A downside: because it's metal, any dents are permanent, so if someone accidentally drives over it, that section will be flattened (thanks, delivery guy.) However, that spot still doesn't leak! So not too bad. I think it's a fantastic option in the garden.
