Installing a mini-split unit where ideally the inside unit would be in the center of the room, but I didn't want the compressor in the middle of the exterior wall because I will be building a covered patio that will go three-quarters of the way down and didn't want the compressor within about 8 feet of the patio. I used this line cover set to run the copper pipes down and to the back of the building and by the time it's painted and has a row of hedge in front of it, it will look fine. Aside from keeping everything hidden, tucked together neat and clean, it also keeps the sun from degrading the insulation on the copper and needing to be replaced every couple of years. I opted for the 5” wide, even though it's a little bulky, it was much easier to make the 90 degree bends with the copper rather than worrying about kinking it and was a lot less fiddly to work with. I've used the 4” wide before and it fought me the entire time and this was so much easier to work with. It comes with the exit hood, 4- parts of the straight run, a 90 degree flat, a 90 degree out, as well as the coupler pieces, screws and a section of flexible duct. It went together pretty easy as long as you pay attention to the spacing on the couplers and parts to make sure you stop them at the lines so you can still get the two halves to line up and get the screws through to tighten them up. Very satisfied with the result and the complete kit is good quality and value and was shipped and received in just two day. 5- Stars!

The quality of this line-set cover is very good. Lots of pieces for for the money. Fit and finish are very good. Turns out I should have paid more attention to the size. This one is 5" and is little too big for my liking. I think most mini-spilts can use the smaller size. However, I think this is a good buy if you need the larger size

It's not very thick PVC, but seems sturdy enough to do the job. 5 inch is nice to give you lots of room to wrap, and maybe even add a little extra insulation to the line. I only needed 12 feet, but nice to have some extra parts just in case. I didn't need the flexible part since it was a straight shot down the wall, but if you may have a curve it would help.

Works perfectly to cover up the ugly lineset on our mini split. Came with plenty of hardware, plenty of joint parts and the plastic is decently rigid. No issues installing, snap together holds well, I have no issues.

This kit has everything needed to hide the unsightly pipes from the interior mini-split. They were easy to install. Make sure to install the flex tube before you do the final pipe hookup to the exterior unit.

This is classy high quality pvc covering is easy to assemble eventhough there is no direction in the box. It fits together well as designed. It's self explanatory. If you can't put this together then what ever job you're doing please seek professional help. The price is adequate for the material.
