She thought the Ninja blender was bad but I tested the original blender base with water and it was completely bad blowing water through the seals, bearings and into the cup. I am not afraid to buy Aftermarket- non original manufacturer parts for repair replacement because it often saves a lot of money. And now a days, manufacturing is a uniform, high quality, robot controlled process. But unfortunately this product is a big fail. I guess I won’t be able to get my money back- but will need to source new parts from the original manufacturer. This aftermarket blade base for the Ninja blender began making noise about a month after using it. And it leaks in the base itself. By comparison, the original blade base lasted for many years, before cracking due to being dropped accidentally.

I bought it on Aug 20, 2024 and for the past month the blade attachment has been leaking out the bottom and now it’s starting to rust (even though I clean it after every use). I know the return period is 30 days, but I think it’s reasonable to expect the item to last more than a couple of months. Update: After I reached out, Equust replaced it at no cost and I had it within a few days. Very good customer service and I'm pleased with the speed of the replacement coming.

The cup that came with our ninja blender cracked and being that we drink smoothies everyday we needed a replacement quick! These were the perfect size cup. The blade that came with it didn’t fit our blender but I still had the old blade and it fit these cups great so it wasn’t really an issue. We should probably order a couple more!
