I have to admit I wasn't all that confident that this product would be as nice as the pictures. The entire sectional came in one large box. Assembling was very simple and straight forward. The frame is made of painted steel with an artificial wicker wrapping that is tasteful and esthetically pleasing. Seats are comfortable enough. The cushions have zippers so you can remove and wash. The covers already have waterproof coating, so they do repel water out of the box. Any negatives? The cushions do not have any tie strings that would prevent them from flying away in a strong breeze. I purchased some bias tape to fix this myself. The cushion covers only come in white which I imagine will become stained and dirty quickly. Perfect sectional for a small balcony or terrace! The set was perfect for my deck and it's adorable and comfy. It's a great size. The seller was awesome to work with after my fiance ended up putting it together wrong and strip the bolts but we ended up working it out on our end but they were very very responsive and accommodating. These chairs are so cute on my front porch. They came well packaged and labelled. It included instructions but set up was pretty straightforward. It took less than 20 minutes to set them up. The cushions are good. They are blinding white though, so hopefully they don't look dingy after being outside in the elements. The chair is comfortable but the back is a little short. If you take the seat cushion off it's the perfect height, but not comfortable, so I left the cushion on. Not a deal breaker, just something to be aware of. When screwing in the rocker part, one side doesn't sit flush with the leg. It doesn't affect the chair in anyway, it was just something I noticed. The rocking motion is not completely smooth. There's a flat spot where they put the screws in that gives it a little uneven bump. Again not a deal breaker. These are worth the price and I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. ... show more

I love the look of this set! It isn’t as solid as more expensive sets, but worth the value. The cushions are lightweight & easy to store when not in use. I have to admit that when we originally put our furniture together, a piece would not align correctly to the holes. I contacted the company & they immediately sent an entire new piece.. except it was the wrong one. So I contacted them again & was sent another brand new piece— and it worked! Everything about this product was amazing especially compared to the price. Customer service was absolutely wonderful. It was super easy to assemble. I had an issue with one of the cushions, but they were able to immediately send me a replacement for it.

I really love these chairs. You can’t do anything wrong for the price. These modern rocking chairs are durable yet so comfy. They are made out of plastic. The only thing that I did not like is that the instructions it came with were not very useful. I just had to wing it but once I did figure it out it was a one person job. Took me about a little over an hr to put it together. The glide is nice and the seating size is really large. I would recommend these chairs in a heart beat. Also one of the chairs came in defective. But I contacted the seller and after one text and few pics sent they already have sent another set and it’s on its way. So their customer service is amazing. So the photos I've attached were taken as I took the pieces out of the box. So I don't expect this to last long. I would definitely say that it's heavy because the manufacturer forgot to include my apartment number. Meaning I received my set late AND it was delivered to my front office so I had to carry it up 4 flights of stairs (thankfully a nice neighbor helped). It was easy to assemble but it was already pretty beat up by the time I received it and I don't recall buying a used item so I wasn't too thrilled about that either.
