Packaged very well with all that is needed for complete install. I love the fact I can add up to 16 cameras to cover even more area that maybe I didn't consider when purchasing. The cameras have a clear and crisp picture that makes it easy to reconize who or what is in sight. The alarm works great I just don't recommend highest sensitivity, it picks up squirrels and will go off. The color is vibrant and has adjustments to create your preference. The tracking works as described which is a bonus if you don't have alot of cameras to see where subject goes when out of angle set on camera,it will track subject around 80°▪︎90° from side where it's set. Do ask about presets because you need to know which one is for the tracking so you don't think they dont work,they do it just has to be set and it's really easy. I haven't tried to connect to my router yet because it's really not a necessity for me but will be doing within the month and will give an update on connectivity. The night vision is the best. Can see clearly I would say up to around 60-80ft. You can make out things further out just not as much detail further out it is but I'm able to see wildlife in yard up to 100 ft away and tell what I'm looking at with ease. I've had other security cameras in use for years on my property but none have compared to these. They are an excellent brand at a excellent price and I've used many diffrent brands and styles and still do but when I compare quality these are the best. For anyone looking to have that piece of mind knowing your home or buisness is being protected I strongly recommend these. With all the features you will be protected or just know who's at your door and if you should be quiet and hide behind the sofa till they leave( salesmen,neighbors borrowing stuff,the inlaws or just that one annoying friend that will never leave. ... show more

Bought this system for the human tracking… step 21 field it works and have had them up about 7 months… had a issue with one camera off the jump so kind of failure but emailed love@hiseeu and they sent out another.. all and all this would be the first Poe system I installed but have installed other about 6 and the nvr setup it a small change not super user friendly but the customer service has been there to answer any questions.. for the camera I add that are hiseeu ptz human tracking they have been great.. love to be able to move them as i want.. picture thru the nvr to monitor to great and the detection on the nvr is perfect.. no trees moving recorded to detection with is a plus.. if you use all the plug and ply camera from hiseeu you shall enjoy the nvr.. I have had swan, night owl, reolink smart vision.. this one is good for the price point and so far reliable.. it not a simple installation through wiring and drilling hole adding waterproof boxes for you Poe connects are a pain but the is power over Ethernet thus on electrical boxes or outlets needed.. remember to use dielectric on your out door connections and water proof boxes as well.. night vision on the ptz are good they put off a good amount of light if you have a dark spot across the yard or corner I’d use a ir spot lamp to help light up any long distance viewing.. this will show anything in the viewing field with there spot light and ir 4 point angles.. the speaker works well I don’t use it unless in messing with family though.. I needed to upgrade my home security camera system and found this Hiseeu set on Amazon. It had all of the features that I wanted (and then some!), and the system has a really good price as well. I wanted to get rid of the wifi cameras that I had and go with a PoE system. The trickiest part of setting this up is running the ethernet cables -- it's not difficult, but you'll want to decide if you want the cables running through your attic, or stapled up under the eaves. I opted for the attic just to keep them out of sight and out of the weather. As for the NVR itself, I also purchased a UPS and tucked them both away on an upper closet shelf. I also replaced the wired mouse that came with the system, with a wireless mouse -- makes it so much easier if the NVR isn't close to hand. Once I got the first three cameras up and running, I was *very* surprised at the quality. Don't know if you can tell from my photos, but these cameras are awesome -- very very sharp, and they'll do color at night if there's just enough light. A huge upgrade from what I had been using. I opted for the 6 camera system, and I can add more cameras later if needed. Setup is easy as well, just follow the manual and you'll be up and running in no time. I can say that I had a couple of questions prior to the install, and Hiseeu answered my emails very quickly. Nice to have a company that is responsive like that.
