The whole system comes well packaged in the box. Everything is nice, clean, and tidy which you'll see is carried on in the whole system and software. Everything is of high quality and is as simple to set up as possible. The hardest part for me was running the cables through the attic and finding the best locations for the cameras (about 8 feet or slightly higher), but it was well worth doing. Everything else was easy. The cameras themselves are solid in construction, and they produce clear images day and night. They seriously blow my old wired 720p system out of the water and are superior to my wireless 2k cameras. there is only 1 Ethernet cord per camera that goes from the NVR into the attic and out to the camera. You won't need to run a separate power cable. I'm very happy with everything. I love knowing that I can access the cameras remotely on my phone and not just on the NVR system monitor. I strongly recommend anyone in the market for a great security camera system defender is the one.

I got this camera system about a week ago and I absolutely love it! It was fairly easy to install everything, only one wire for each camera. Pictures are clear and love having remote access to help make sure my grandmother who lives with me is safe.

We had the cameras professional wired and setup about a week ago. The picture quality is so clear and sharp during the day. Night time mode is like you are looking at the area during the day but it is pitch black out side to the naked eye. We are so pleased with this system (300°Pan 90°Tilt+Human Tracking] Hiseeu 4K PoE PTZ Camera System,NVR Security Camera System). We got 6 cameras and the NVR on a Amazon Prime sale for a great price. I will recommend this system to all my neighbors and friends. The best and easy to setup.

We installed all 6 cameras and ran the cables through our attic for protection from the elements. It only took a couple hours. The system is literally a plug-and-play connection, recognizing the cameras and adding them by itself. It was easy to adjust to the angles we wanted, set up the nightvision/lights to come on automatically, names the camera views, change the layout on the screen, secure it with a new password and more. The free app used to view the cameras is just as good! I love being able to check on my dogs while I'm at work. The playback option right on the screen and in the app is so awesome. After about 3 weeks of seamless use, the screen went black and the system shut down. I contacted tech support and they walked me through troubleshooting steps (both on the phone and email) and we pinpointed the problem to the harddrive. Without the harddrive plugged in, the system still worked, we could view all cameras on the screen and in the app - it just wasn't recording. THAT DAY they shipped out a new hard drive for free. I plugged it and BOOM back in business. They seriously care about their customers - excellent service and I will be recommending this system to everyone who wants extra security on their property. We could not be happier, an excellent all-in-one security system with great picture/video quality at a fraction of the cost of others!!

Writing this review as I'm setting it up, the video seams good, the 2way is off. I can hear just fine but when I go to talk to someone thru the camera I sounds like Darth Vader to them. I'm not sure if there is some setting but I did play the the audio in from my phone but it's not quite there. I have one camera that doesn't want to stay connected. I need to get it replaced. Update 11.14.2024 I have two cameras that go offline often. I have to reset the system to get them working again for a couple days and then they go offline again. I tried calling support and they would not help. I paid a good chunk of change for these to not have them all working all the time.

This system was incredibly easy to install and get up and running. If you are looking for a simple security camera setup to install for home or a small business, this option may prove to be PRECISELY what you are looking for. The hardware kit includes six cameras, each of which can be panned/tilted to provide a nice clear wide view of what you want to keep under observation even in the dark with excellent night vision. There is plenty of storage space (3TB) on the included NVR (Network Video Recorder) unit, giving you the option to go back quite far in time to review video footage. There are network cables included, but you can use your own (recommend CAT6) if you need to go for greater lengths than what is provided. In order to install these, I needed to purchase some additional camera mounts to mount these to the underside of a horizontal surface, but if you plan on mounting these cameras to a vertical surface you will be good to go. I have been extremely satisfied with the performance of this system, and would strongly recommend this all in one system if you are looking to get everything all at once.
