Chargers with repair, pulse, or desulfation modes designed for lead-acid batteries may interfere with the LiFePO4 BMS and trigger early protection shutdown.
• 3.Before connecting batteries in series, ensure each battery is fully charged and the voltage difference does not exceed 0.2V (fully charged 14V). 4.To maintain battery health, charge at least once every 23 months if not in use. 5.When connecting multiple batteries, use the same model and age; for best balance, fully charge each battery individually before series connection. Using a LiFePO4-compatible smart charger helps extend battery life and ensures reliable, safe performance.
