Truth, No BS! -- For the average homeowner this is a product I would highly recommend! Bought these cameras in a pinch, a few days before a business trip. For peace of mind and an extra set of eyes on my property. They were inexpensive and easy to install (all mounting hardware is included). Also, you can add more cameras later (up to 10 channels on this system). Monitoring can be done via the app or NVR Station (w/ required monitor) ... Pan, Zoom, Tilt on command. Luckily, I had a spare monitor on hand so no additional cost for me. Additional features include infrared night vision and playback for live events. Also, the battery life seems to be pretty good too; I have 1 solar panel poorly placed at the moment and the camera is still running at maximum capability since install 2.5 weeks ago. All-in-All the product is better than I anticipated, and I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Until a few days ago, we're using Blink's battery powered camera system...and it has been a painful experience replacing the batteries frequently, and on top of that Blink decided to charge more for monitoring starting this year! This led me to research for a hands-free, maintenance free camera system, and I stumbled across Hiseeu Solar Camera security system. Overall installation was a breeze. Just followed the instructions (in the Quick Guide) that came with the equipment. Video Quality, Range, Sound quality were excellent. After a few trial and error sessions, I was able to get the Motion detection to work great for my environment. Initially, I was not able to access the cameras on my mobile..with a couple of e-mails, the tech team was able to resolve it. (I purchased a separate monitor to hook up the IVR, so I would not have to keep looking at the phone to monitor the alerts ! You probably guessed that I did not buy a cloud service! Just using the included 1 TB SD card for storage). I was impressed with the professionalism and courtesy the tech team demonstrated. I would like to make a suggestion - in the future upgrades, it would be great to be able to allocate additional storage for certain areas of the coverage as they get more traffic (Frontyard ?), and reduce storage for areas with less traffic ( Backyard?). Currently, the entire 1TB is shared between all the 4 cameras. Overall, I am pleased with the product, the service and the features, and highly recommend it. Also, I was told the data gets overwritten once it's full. It would be a great addition if the user/customer has the ability to manage the storage and customize it suit their needs.

The app itself is user-friendly and makes it easy to monitor everything in real time. The video quality has exceeded our expectations, clear, crisp, and reliable both during the day and at night. We also appreciate the motion detection feature and notifications, which give us peace of mind knowing our property is being monitored effectively. Changing from a 5 star review to 4. After getting the cameras installed and now dealing with them for a little while, found out there are a few issues I wish I had known about before purchasing 1. Even after you rename the cameras, when you are notified, the notification is just ‘channel #’, and not the name you assigned 2. Every time you go into the app, if you want to look at what is going on, to have the clearest picture, you have to change from SD to HD. Was told the recordings are automatically HD, but it is a pain to have to change to HD every time we want to look at the cameras live 3. Was told, the product does not work with an IPad, an of course that is what I mainly use. The ‘toolbar’ is at the top of picture, so changing to HD is covered up, and it does take away from the area you can watch live. Went back and checked, and no where does it state there may be an issue with an IPad. Don’t have the toolbar issue when using an android, but on the IPad, it is a pain. Was told the tool bar can’t be moved Product does work great. Even gets night videos, even though there is no extra light. Picks up motion from wildlife, and replay is great. Cameras charged just by placing them in the window. Wish some of the instructions were a little clearer (such as you need to lift the covering to actually get to the on/off switch). But once all the little quirks were figured out, cameras connected very quickly, and installation was done easily. Still trying to figure out out how to save some of the video footage because I do not have the cloud coverage. Not very comfortable with that. So still in a learning phase, but really do love the quality of the video, and that I can tilt the camera different ways.

These solar cameras exceeded my expectations. The setup is easy (as long as you have a monitor/TV with an HDMI port), after which you can control everything from the app. Every function works as it should, the build quality feels solid, the cameras have better signal range than my home WiFi, and the battery life is excellent. I was concerned that they might run out of battery over night or during cloudy days, but I have left a camera running with no power source for a full week and it's still showing full battery (though it is on motion detection mode, so it's mostly just powering the passive infrared sensor, with occasional recordings). One very minor snag: when the camera is 'asleep', it can take maybe 1 to 2 seconds to start recording a motion event. Not a big deal, and this might be because I am saving direct to NVR via WiFi and not an SD card. One feature request: It would be good if the mounting bracket could swivel so that the cameras could be easily installed on ceilings as well as walls. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase!

This camera system was super easy to set up and works really well, even when the cameras are far away from the NVR. I have all 4 cameras set up around the house for about a week and they have been doing great. The solar panels work well and the camera batteries stay consistently charged. The phone app is absolutely fantastic and makes viewing and adjusting camera angles super easy. Overall, I'm very happy with this camera system!

Overall great camera. Super easy setup and installation. Great video recording even during the night it looks like near day time. One of the better products in the market and comes with its own built in HDD. Sound and video quality is great. Only reason I give 4 stars is im still figuring out how to limit the notifications.
