After an hour of scratching my head, I managed to connect the camera to my WiFi network, or so I thought. After noticing that image quality is not nearly what it is supposed to be I talked to customer support about how the NVR only has a data transfer rate of 2mb to camera. They said the camera is 5mb though. I asked why the system I bought said it was 5mb and the NVR claims to be 4k if I can't see it the picture in any of those qualities? They said I can buy better cameras and they emailed me a firmware update that had an easier navigation system but the same video quality that I had before. Look at pic, it's a hd screenshot from my phone of the newer camera. The cars across the street are about 70 feet away at the most and you can't even read the license plate of a car that is sitting still. So if you think you are going to be able to save the day by capturing some footage of someone or something doing wrong then I suggest you buy something higher quality. But you should know that NVR is awesome compared to the other 2 big name battery operated surveillance camera companies ... show more

I can see they are very hard working people and always caring their customers, there might be some miscommunication between before, but I'd say the seller is the kind of person I'd like to do business with. I liked the camera but i was trying to link it to my phone and my camera router that i had all ready been using on my camera's but i found out you can only use it on one at a time but overall its a cool camera i haven't used it long but it seem's to be built very well .
