This is a great item, I love everything about it. The insulation is easy set up was easy. You can look online for basic ideas on how to manage things. Also, there’s a rule awesome feature, if you get to an accident, there’s a lock button on the left, and it will save the file immediately, so if you have a wreck, you just press the button and all is well. Video quality is excellent. I’ve only had it for a few few days so I’ll follow up if there are any problems but until then I’m gonna say this is a great product. Downside, on the GPS tracker for speed it says that I’m going to to 5 miles faster than what I’m traveling on the road. I use Google maps and also a different app to check my speed and there was a variability of 2 to 5 miles faster on my dash cam. I don’t like that at all. I wish they could fix this with an update so the speed could be accurate matching with what I’m driving if a cop says that I was going fast well on my dash cam it says I’m going 2 to 5 miles faster with variability. However, I could show a video to the court showing discrepancy, but I’d rather just have this GPS accurate on my speed. ... show more

First, I found the included manual hard to read because of the small type. I received a PDF version which was much easier to read. First the good points: * Installation is straightforward. * It records video encoded as 4K for both cameras. * When following instructions, mounting seems secure. * It comes with a decent memory card. * Streaming to the phone is very responsive. Now for some things I did not like: * The memory card is difficult to insert/extract mostly because it's so small and the shape of the slot doesn't provide a good way to get purchase on the card. * The camera cannot be adjusted side to side - only up and down. * Files are recorded as .ts files. The manual states this is in order to include GPS data. * A separate program is required to view the files with a map. That software is pretty simple, but it didn't show me both front and back views the first time. After subsequent recordings, it worked fine. However, see next point. * The GPS details recorded on the video are correct. The GPS details used for mapping in the suggested software are incorrect. See the attached photo which shows the GPS data used for mapping at the bottom and the actual correct GPS recorded on the video. I'm not including a picture of the map because it's simply wrong and has nothing to do with my location. I cannot tell if the issue is with bad encoding of the .ts files, which, if that is the case, could be fixed with a firmware update, or if it is the fault of the mapping software. In any case, the mapping software is useless since it's simply wrong. The mapping software is the only tool suggested by the manual to view the videos. * The processing of the video by the camera has too much sharpening applied resulting in halos around detail. * A have it set up for WDR (wide dynamic range), yet it still clipped blue sky turning it cyan in color. * The video compression is excessive, causing details like license plates to be unreadable even at close range. * The advertised parking feature requires an add-on not included. I've decided considering the other issues that I will not be purchasing one. ... show more

I received the Terunsoul 4K+4K dash cam yesterday and installed it. I gave it five stars already because of the extremely, well engineered packaging with simple, easy to read installation instructions. Another great feature is that it comes with a good supply of attaching clips, tapes and a pry tool. Congratulations to the author. The instructions are well written (only two Minor spelling errors) and easy to follow. Someone paid attention in class. It's a great start for what i hope is a good product.
