I like that they are nice and bright and have different temperature settings. They look nice and fit over the older 24 inch fixture's footprint. They are tricky to wire and install since the wires are in the back side of the fixture. You'll need 2 people to install. One to hold the lamp while the other connects the wires. The anchor screw system is not sturdy enough for this. The kit should include a mounting bracket that attaches to the electrical box. I made one from an old ceiling fan mount I had. Mine is not going anywhere, but I fear over time these will start falling from other people’s ceilings using the 2 screw through the sheet rock method. ... show more
