I've had this battery on my system for just two years. Suddenly it just stopped working. Tried to contact the seller through Amazon, Amazon says the seller is no longer on their site and I'm out of luck. So no one even looks at the damn thing. A $2000 battery doesn't even last for half the warranty period. The seller is a deadbeat and gone, and Amazon says it's not our problem. I am very angry at both. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!! THEY DO NOT HONOUR THEIR WARRANTY!! THEY WON'T EVEN RESPOND TO A CUSTOMER EMAIL! YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY FOR COMPLAINT!! Good value, but you will need to be a little familiar with the battery chemistry to set it up in your system properly. I got the 48v version and it came with ZERO technical information. From the voltage at max charge I could make a pretty good guess and was conservative with my settings, but would a data sheet been that hard? No comment on longevity, only had it a month.

Battery is light and is a 48v Lithium battery. HOWEVER if you are gonna use it on a golf cart, the BMS cuts the battery off under 100A. Full throttle on a full charged battery and it cuts off. Disconnect the cables and and it comes back on... it's a little disappointing for a 1400$ purchase. Especially when the book for it says it's capable of 130A burst. I don't think I'll keep it in my cart. I'll find another use in the camper or something.

Preface: I bought the 12v 200Ah version which has since been replaced by the larger 400Ah model. This battery has worked well as backup power for my network closet. It holds power for a long time and provides steady output. I'm using it in a low draw application, pulling about 8A max, so it's not being pushed to its limits. The included charger works well, albeit with a noisy fan. It's fine in the closet, but if it were in an open room it might get annoying. The battery and charger use a 3-pin GX16 Aviation Connector, pin 1 +, pin 3 -. That connector type took a while to figure out.

Do not purchase this battery. It is junk. The manufacturer is impossible to deal with. Amazon is just as bad! I have been fighting Amazon for months for a refund and they basically told me to dispute charges with my bank! Don’t purchase this battery. Don’t purchase anything from Amazon that is over a few hundred bucks! They don’t stand by products they sell when a manufacturer don’t give feed back!

There is no warranty on this product despite that they highly stress their 5 year Warranty. they simply change their name every year from Kepler Industrials to Scremower, to Scream Power Direct and now Kepworth Deals. When you ask for warranty service they point out that the invoice has a different name on it so they don't cover it. Even though the selling page is identical down to the commas and periods and even has the same customer feedback. and even Amazon prompts you to 'reorder' the exact same product.

Battery worked great till it was put under hard load and the circuit breaker inside the battery popped. Imagine it is a sealed unit !! Now the company wants the motor specs, witch I have not been able to locate them on the internet. Buyer be ware.
